year old vehicle and some specific parts are difficult to find; we also called places to ask for a hose to be made but that was going to take time due to their own business schedule and was not going to be possible to get it the same day, Ms*** needed the vehicle back that dayWe informed Ms*** about the situation and told her we would use a hose and clamps we had in the shop and she approved it, by doing that we would lower the cost of the part and we would have the vehicle repaired the same dayAfter her approval we fixed the problem and the leak is goneWe charged $11dlls for the hose and clamps and $98dlls (hour labor) for the repairAs Fred explained to Mr***, the text on the invoice has the wrong description, it says: Remove and Replace (R&R) extension housing seal, instead of R&R oil coolant hoseMrs*** was asking to get the lower cost on the repair and she mentioned they have had a lot of expenses due to a divorce and that’s what we didIn summary, we fixed the problem, we got her a lower cost with the same quality hose that corrected the leak and she approved itThe signed Repair Order and the payment slip are provided.regards ***
