In response to your concerns with Sellersburg Billing Practices I reviewed your account Since the Sellersburg Water Company has started billing your residence for Water your bill has been at the minimum or slightly above the minimum charge It was not until your first instance that you contacted the office did your bill reflect gallons A technician was sent and observed no leak by watching to see if the meter was spinning during the day On your second request, to check your meter the Town of Sellersburg changed your meter to review accuracy This was completed in February 12th We just recently read your meter and it indicates the usage is again down below the minimum charge After reading next month’s reading we will be reviewing your account to see if the months in question(not since you have been a customer for Sellersburg) requires an adjustmentWhile you were talking with Mr [redacted] on the phone you indicated that a judicial process “I need to contact a judge in this matter” was mentioned It is the policy of the Town of Sellersburg not to converse with a customer after legal threats or a resolution has been completed I am contacting you today to let you know that I reviewed your account and will complete the above task at the beginning of next month which should result in a resolution to your concerns Just a reminder, Sellersburg had a substantial rate increase before the acquisition of the old [redacted] Company Comparing dollar amounts will always result in a higher amount Usage concerns with documentation from [redacted] can be the quickest solutionJust because we could no longer converse with you until this matter was resolved should not reflect on the fact we have been working on a resolution since the first conversation [redacted] Municipal Works Sellersburg IN [redacted] *

I did not see anywhere
in your below respond to indicate the latest wrongly meter reading of
gallons which I am not going to pay, unless it is corrected. Are you
aware of that as well? How on earth could on person who has been using
the average of gallon/month will now be using 2200, and now for
the past thee months consecutively. Just as I explained to *** on the
phone, before he huon me, that I do not have a pool, I do not take tub
bath but showering every other day. I only cook for me alone
sparingly. I work at least hours a week--meaning, I do not stay home
at all time to necessitate toilet usage which can lead to water usage and I do
not have any leak anywhere in the house
I told *** that, and he himself stated
that it unrealistic charges for one person, and he said he could only go by
what he sees in the computer. I was trying to tell him that the
reading is not accurate and I will like to see an adjustment to the above three
months reading in questions. I never told him about what you stated as a
threat belo. I do see his behavior as a professional behavior as well on
both times I spoke with him: last month and this month. It was his
second time he huthe phone on me and also made a racist comments. I
do not believe it is a good business practice to wrongly charge the customer
and then rude to that customer when he/she is disputing against the incorrect
charges. He called himself the superintendent of the company and be rude
and making a racist comments is consider unprofessionalThis was the reason
why I contacted you by phone x and emailed you once but no reply to any of my
resolution efforts
All I need from you all is to adjust the
above three months charges and to accurately read my meter to
reflect my actual water usage. I feel that those charges reflect
fraudulency charges. I have never experience that since that I have
been living in this resident

A technician was sent and observed no leak by watching to see if the meter was
spinning during the day.  On your second request, to check your meter the
Town of Sellersburg changed your meter to review accuracy.  This was
completed in February 12th 2015.  We just recently read your meter and it
indicates the usage is again down below the minimum charge.  After reading
next month’s reading we will be reviewing your account to see if the 2 months
in question(not since you have been a customer for Sellersburg) requires an
adjustment. While you were talking with Mr. [redacted] on the phone you indicated
