I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism in their response.  There is not even a trace of effort to rectify the issue.  instead they simply they keep quite by claiming no comment.  My experience with this company has been simply awful...at the very least they could have offered an apology!!!  including an explanation for accusing me of not handing in a key and charging me to replace locks.  When asked about it; I got absolutely no response.  I don't believe this is too much to ask of a business.  I believe it is expected of a company to provide this simple form of customer service.  It was this lack of service that compelled me to include what my experience was like in my original complaint.  Also why I believed asking for my security deposit back was a fair solution for what I have been through.

When we deal with a tenant dispute we feel it is important to refrain from making statements until we have all the facts.  We are also respectful of our tenant’s privacy concerns regarding our contractual relationship.
 
Because of the above issues, we respectfully decline to comment about this matter at this time.  Thank you for your time and consideration.
