I was looking for flight at Selloffvacation.com and I found one with exact dates, time and price that was perfectly fits my needsI selected the offer, first the system was checking tickets availability at this priceAfter they offer me to continue with purchase, I inputted all info required and pressed submit buttonOn the screen I got status "Pending" but received the email right away stating that my reservation was partially failedI called to the Selloffvacation customer service and they told me that while I was inputting my info the price for returned flight had been changed, but now I can still take it for about $moreI rejected the offer and cancel all reservation and been told that I will get money back to my card in business daysminafter I researched their system again and it was still giving me the original (low) price that I found and booked, I was keeping to check it for next hours, every time when I was selecting the deal the system was checking price and seats availability and offered to continue with purchaseAfter hours I called them and I asked again: " Can I make a reservation on those flights at this price?" and they told me: "No, the price just had been changed and now it cost about $more." For me it is look like some kind of ***, they giving you smaller price, charging your card and after offering to pay more money for the same thingIf you deny your card already charged and hopefully I will get my money back in business days as they told me

We went to Sell Off Vacations on August 27th, 2015 in Sarnia, Ontario office to look into vacation options. We told the travel agent what we were looking into a cruise, as I am in my early 40's and run a local business 6 days a week and my fiancé is in her late 20's and has 2 jobs with a lot of responsibilities. We were looking for an environment to "let loose" mingle with others, socially drink and maybe "close the bar" a few nights. As we work almost every day and night of the week and we have two young children, we don't get the opportunity to have much of a social life at home. Because of this, we both were extremely excited to finally have the opportunity to do so on our vacation. We also wanted everything taken care of up front and minimal extra surprises or fees when we arrived. Overall, we wanted to have a very social, stress free, enjoyable experience. After much debating, our salesperson eventually talked us into purchasing the "Cuban Fusion" cruise. This cruise was through [redacted] ,7 days, flying out of Toronto to Montego Bay, Jamaica boarding the " [redacted] ***". We were to go to Cozumel Mexico, Havana Cuba and Georgetown Cayman Isles. We set the date for January 12th and purchased 2 beverage packages for $350 each as well, thinking that we will make great use out of the packages and get what we paid for. At this time, we wanted confirmation that there would be no additional fees or surprises when we arrived to the cruise and we were assured that other than the up charges on premium beverages and any excursions booked on the cruise would be the "only" extra fees that we would incur. We also recall our agent mentioning that the ship used US dollars as currency so to bring both US and Canadian money. Once we got on the ship, we immediately noticed that something was definitely wrong. After approaching the reception representative, we discovered that we had just boarded a British cruise line and that every extra expense would be in British currency (£). We had only brought along American and Canadian currency as well as our credit card. We were also told that there was a surcharge for any currency exchanges and credit card purchases. As the day and night went on, we surveyed the other passengers only to notice that we were the youngest ones on the ship for the most part. We asked the bartender about this and he laughed and asked how we got on this cruise in the first place as it was for retirees and older people. We were far from land, we did not have phone service on our cells and to make a call using the phone in our room it was an extra fee in (£). We had no choice but to call our provider, ***, using *611 and have them connect us to Sell Off that night to make our concerns known. Since it was 9:00 pm at the time of the call and in the middle of nowhere, nothing could be done. Our 7 day vacation was more like a 7 day prison sentence that we had to go through. It was so depressing that I, myself, had an emotional breakdown while eating dinner around the 3rd day. No one should have to go through this, especially on their vacation. The beverage packages that we both purchased also turned out to be a waste of money. Our intention of "social drinking" could not take place as we were not able to connect with the age group. Also, approximately half the drinks on the menu were labeled "Premium" so they were subject to an extra fee in British Pounds (£). These drinks would have been more than double the cost of an average drink back home. When we got our cabin bill it was 638.84£ which converted to $1362.94 Canadian and that isn't even including the ship's surcharges. The biggest point to be made here is that if we would have been told that it was British currency and a British, older age cruise line, we would NEVER have booked or given any thought to it at all. On return, I contacted Sell Off and made my complaint and was told that it was the fault of the supplier and that they would have to escalate this issue to head office for a resolution and that it would take 4-8 weeks to come to a decision. I waited almost 3 months and had to call myself several times for updates only to be offered a $300 voucher from Sell Off and $50 voucher from [redacted] As a selling agency representing a client selling specific travel packages they should know every single detail of such package or if that information isn't available or unknown, they should not be selling these packages to the customers at all. Also we, the customer come to them because they are the experts and we trust that when we leave this country that everything; our very lives are in their hands and that they have taken every precaution to ensure that we have a safe and enjoyable trip. In my honest opinion this didn't happen and although we arrived home safely, our trip was far from "enjoyable" and I hold Sell Off Vacations accountable for the untruths that got the sale ... it will NOT happen again!

Biggest mistake you made is using ***, ***,sell off vacations all the sameWhen you compare look at taxes and fees, they never break it down for you, over all their end price is the same or very close to everyone elseI only use *** it's black and whiteI used *** once and never again

I book a vacation on November From Toronto to Punta Cana Grand Bahia Principe resort, in Package was say ,,include all international drinks" Pay over CAN and when came to resort I got just *** vodka and Whisky winch I see first time in my life

I booked flights with selloffvacations.com back in March there were two different flights because, although of us were travelling together, of us was returning on a different date Shortly after booking, I received an email from sell off stating that the flight number for one of the flights had changed, however, the flight number that it had changed FROM was not one of my flight numbers I called twice for clarification, and was given completely different responses Naturally, not sure what was happening, I visited an office (driving minsout of my way), the manager of the office tried to find out what was happening, but wasn't able to find out much more, though he did try to reassure me that everything would be ok While I was at the office, I also received my e ticket (ALMOST MONTHS AFTER BOOKING)!!!
I find their customer service to be AWFUL I travel (for pleasure) at least once per year, and this is the first and LAST time that I will be using them ***

They were wonderful until the booking was confirmed two days later the declare a state of emergency in Dominican and it's supposed to be a hurricane the whole time but no one will cancel it EVEN THOUGH I PAID EXTRA FOR THE INSURANCE!
Getting the insurance was even a hassle because the girl I talked to first wasn't in and it was her commission so no one would help me I ended up having to call 4 times to sort out details then the insurance options were all inclusive or just medical so I chose to cover all which they are now denying
$3400 down the drain for what is sure to be a horrible experience

sept 25/2016 I book a flight with selloff vacations for the first time. going to Jamaica with my family wife & son. Leaving date Sunday Oct 23/2016 flight time 15:15 to 18:21 from Toronto (yyz) and my date to come back home from Montego bay Jamaica is Oct 28/2016 14:20 to 19:27. I called to change my view from garden to sea view they charge me $60 more I said no problem let me get my credit card. receive email confirming that I now have sea view with the charge of $60 attached. Another email arrives from sell off vacations agent (Surinder) who was very rude and keep me and my wife on hold for 30 minutes two different times. When he comes back I let him know that in his 2nd email that my flight time has changed to 19:20 to 00:21. I asked him why he changed my flight he said WEST JET did not tell him? I have 2 year old son why would I want to come at midnight. (Surinder) is now asking for more money to charge my credit and will not take ownership that he made a mistake. Very unprofessional service. I will never book with them again. I am typing this 11:19pm september 25/2016 and I am still on hold its now 11:51pm.

This place sucked so bad. I'm from small town, I have a small business and being in the City of Calgary, I wanted to help out the small guy. They lied to me every time they spoke. It took a month to get a simple two day job done. Week after week went by, they Never called when they said they would. Never offered to foot the bill or even a percentage of it because I had paid for it already when they said it was ready only to find out they sold me something that wasn't mine and then they make me wait another week. Not trustworthy at all.

I was looking for flight at Selloffvacation.com and I found one with exact dates, time and price that was perfectly fits my needs. I selected the offer, first the system was checking tickets availability at this price. After they offer me to continue with purchase, I inputted all info required and pressed submit button. On the screen I got status "Pending" but received the email right away stating that my reservation was partially failed. I called to the Selloffvacation customer service and they told me that while I was inputting my info the price for returned flight had been changed, but now I can still take it for about $80.00 more. I rejected the offer and cancel all reservation and been told that I will get money back to my card in 5 business days. 20 min. after I researched their system again and it was still giving me the original (low) price that I found and booked, I was keeping to check it for next 9 hours, every time when I was selecting the deal the system was checking price and seats availability and offered to continue with purchase. After 9 hours I called them and I asked again: " Can I make a reservation on those flights at this price?" and they told me: "No, the price just had been changed and now it cost about $80.00 more." For me it is look like some kind of [redacted], they giving you smaller price, charging your card and after offering to pay more money for the same thing. If you deny your card already charged and hopefully I will get my money back in 5 business days as they told me.
