I am rejecting this response because:
My original post of events stands as a more
accurate account of what transpiredAdditionally, on 1/12/2015, I had received
a phone call from one of the Officer's of this companyHe thanked me for
bringing up the concerns I mentioned in my original complaintHe stated these
issues would be addressedI did not inquire on the specifics of this statement
Internally, externally or perhaps bothFuture actions on his behalf may justify
thisThough I'm not optimistic
He explained that the charges added to our account
were in accordance with the time frame specifiedMentioning they deal with many
clients and find quick and persistent actions necessary in motivating many to
address their debtHe did go on to state he was not aware of our actual
experience in dealing with his company but our experience was not typically
experienced by othersPlausible, yes, but as he stated, he was not familiar
with how we were dealt with
He did remove one of the charges, that was added to
our account on 12/10/He stated this was an accurate chargeCharge was
posted as an intent to lien charge, as stated in my original post, in the amount
of $This charge though was also added to our account prior to the actual
lien being placedA charge was then added, after the lien was placed, in the
amount of $This charge ($150) was again added after the lien had been
placedIt needed to be removed, as per one of their managers, it should not
have been there to begin with
We resolved this issue by paying our account in
fullAlthough an agreement was offered to us as stated at $down and $
per month, the form e-mailed to us was lacking in any additional specificsIt
was mentioned to us the agreement needed to have future assessments worked into
the totalThe form sent to us was lacking such detailOur representative
stated additional funds at a later date which appeared to drag this payment plan
out further than it was originally suggested it would take to resolve
We had requested all phone calls to be backed up
with e-mails stating such offers and demands and any future correspondence be in writingThis had not come to be
Transparency did not appear to be common place within this
organization
I stand by my original post as to how our case was
dealt withI feel this issue should be kept as a public record of what
transpired

Thank you for forwarding [redacted] and [redacted]’s concerns
to our attention.  After reviewing the
account I saw that the agent was originally approached with $50.00 a month payment
plan on September 29, 2014. The agent then informed the...

payments of $50.00 are
not sufficient enough to bring her account out of collections in a timely
manner. This amount was not enough to cover the quarterly assessments as well
as the past due amount. On October 29, 2015 a settlement of $850.00 was
requested, the agent explained that we could not approve a settlement at this
time, we could however, approve a payment plan of $800.00 down and $70.00 a
month. They advised they would need to think things over and they will call
back within 24 hours, the agent explained collections would continue and nothing
was sent at that time due to no arrangement set in place.
It is our policy to continue collection activities if
arrangements are not set on the account. For each stage of collections a cost
is implemented such the account coming to our office, or a lien being placed on
the home. Each time the customer spoke with us they were advised the collection
activity will continue due to no arrangements being made.
On December 31, 2014 the homeowner agreed to an arrangement
of $1000.00 down and $70.00 a month, due to arrangement being set in place we
did supply the homeowner with a payment plan agreement letter.
The homeowners were sent a payment plan letter to their
e-mail address of [redacted] on the same day as the agreement was finalized.
We can resend this information if necessary.
We have always been willing to work with The [redacted]’s
provided we are in keeping with our agreement with [redacted]  Accounts placed on a
payment plan must be on track to become current within a twelve month period.
We have worked with them to resolve this matter, by waiving
one of our collection fees. At this time the balance has been paid in full
along with being reassigned to the Association.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
