I am rejecting this response because:They are lying about how everything happened when they shook my hand to close the deal and when I sat down to sign the contract it was a different deal I was lied to in order for me to sign so they could get the deal this is not how a company should do things lie to people promise them one thing and do another

On October 1, 2016 Mrs. [redacted] purchased the above mentioned vehicle from Selma Nissan.  Her sales person and also finance manager went over all of her paper work, meaning the price, payment, interest rate, etc.  At that time she agreed with all figures that were present to her. At the...

time of her signing her paper work she asked if the interest rate could be any lower and was informed that that was the best interest rate that we had received from our lenders.  She agreed on the terms (interest rate and payment) that was presented to her at that time but requested if we could try to get it any lower that it would be appreciated.  We informed her that we would absolutely try on Monday to see if we could get it any lower but also informed her that there were only a couple of lenders who would do that rate and that term that she was looking for.  On Monday we contacted the lender for Mrs. [redacted] and the lender declined the loan at the requested terms.  Following the decline, Sales Manager [redacted] contacted Mrs. [redacted] to inform her that we had been unable to get the loan approved at a lower rate.  On October 5, 2016 Mrs. [redacted] contacted Mr. [redacted] and explained her concern, Mr. [redacted] then stated that he would get the file in front of him and would contact her back to see what he could do for her.  After reviewing the file and speaking with sales management, Mr. [redacted], concluded that everything was signed (credit application, contract, all sales paper work for the State of California) verifying that everything was correct and acknowledged that  the price, payment and interest rate was agreed upon by both parties.  Should you have any additional questions, feel free to contact me at [redacted].
