I have tried in office for three months to get this office to credit my account for payments made! Even spoke with ***, the office Manager, several front office people and no one with assist in a resolution! The billing rep is only available to the office, they would not give me her number! I have tried calling my insurance company for help also without success! I am at wits end and need assistance!
Billing Adjustment Credit my account for the monies I have already paid ($50.00) and adjust my account for the last two visits to the $10.00 copays I am obligated for!

It is our sincere desire to resolve issues regarding patients not understanding why they are getting a bill for our services. I have a breakdown that I will be mailing along with all the statements the patient received. Our contracts with insurance companies requires a patient to pay their co-pay and a provider to collect the co-pay. Unfortunately, the patient is requesting us not to collect these amounts and we cannot do so. As healthcare providers we are facing challenging times. It is our sincere desire to ensure patient satisfaction

This response from Ms. does not pertain to my complaint! I have paid the copays and have receipts for my payments! I do not need a breakdown mailed, I already have the statements, I need the payments credited to my account!
In an effort to resolve this issue to the patient's satisfaction, we will adjust off the balance of $70 owed by the patient. On any future dates of service the patient will be required to pay her co-pay prior to services being rendered.

I would like this practice to acknowledge the monies I have already paid and to be credited to my account! Never in my life have I had such ignorant responses not pertaining to my complaint! Quite frankly, I'm very tired of repeating myself and would like the credit statement mailed to my address on file! Thank you in advance!
