I am rejecting this response because: I called the number listed on the website *** after receiving a denial responseI spoke with a GDAA Property agent that specifically told me that my application was denied because the co-applicant did not include past criminal history. We reviewed GDAA Property Management documentation shared by the realtor and is specifically stated that the criminal background check was for the past years and from that the realtor advised that we did not include the co-applicant's history. Thus paying for the two application fees. The reason I am including GDAA Property is because they did not abide by their own selection criteria as it relates to criminal background checks in making a determination about our application. I am happy to discuss further with the responding representative although I would prefer that a Revdex.com rep also be on the call. I can be reached at *** Point of clarification-I also filed a separate compliant against the realtor as well

I am rejecting this response because:The point of the matter is that GDAA provided the realtor with documentation that specifically stated criminal history would be checked beyond years and the realtor advised based on that criteria not to include the criminal history that was relayed to the realtor at the time of the viewing Had the documentation stated any and all criminal history and/or did not specify that beyond years would be considered then, we would have provided the information GDAA did Not follow their own documentation in this circumstance.
