If you have any trouble with this product then do not expect assistance from Semco. They will leave you high and dry. I know from experience. We had a 2nd level deck on a 12-plex apartment covered with the Semco product and we are now experiencing cracks along the 4x8 sheet underlayments. Repeated calls and emails to Semco has been only met by silence. The product was initially recommended to me by the [redacted] radio talk show. Their reticence in the matter is matched by Semco.

Best Contractor Experience

We were looking for a company to replace the sump pump. Called practically all the companies in Calgary that offer this service. Few companies sent their workers to inspect the sump pump and give a quote, but they never confirmed they can do the job.
Finally we called Precision Plumbing. When Jerrod came to give a quote, I described all our concerns and our requirements. We were very surprised and could not believe that everything was done exactly as agreed.
After they finished the work, they cleaned everything so you would not even tell that a day before there was renovation work going on.
Absolutely all the Precision Plumbing workers were very polite, professional, responsible. They answered all our questions , explain all the steps and gave us good advises.
We are very happy with the service we got.
We are recommending Precision Plumbing with confidence and will definitely apply for their services again.
