Our contract again stated fill with stone there was no discount to us*** *** was contacted due to him ripping up drain tile in the basement with the bobcat*** stated, " it was not a big deal and he would be back to fix it." He never returned to repair the drain tileHe also HIT the basement wall with the bobcat causing a large chip and crack and he hit a post pad which caused extra work for the cement crew that were pouring the basement floorJuly *** *** was notified get the septic mound system put in*** stated, " He would be there the 1st week in Aug*** did not Show up till Aug 20th*** showed up with a bill for $for pulling out cement trucks* *** stated," this needs to be paid for before I do any more work." We Stated, " this is not our bill we did not ok this, this is not in our contract." *** refused to do any more work until that $ was paid forWe did not sign a job change order and we did not authorize this*** refused to finish the excavating contract and the septic system mound contract*** did damage to a brand new housenot use materials specified in contract between us and semenas trucking .Billed us $over our contract of $18, Semenas kept permits that we paid for ($1400.00) Due to it being late in the season this increased our cost considerablyCONSUMER BEWARE
THE POSITIVE EXPERIENCE THAT WE GOT OUT OF THIS IS THAT THE NEW PLUMMER AND EXCAVATOR CAME UP WITH A MUCH BETTER DESIGN FOR OUR MOUND SYSTEM
We have used Semenas Excavating & Trucking for both small and large projects; including a barn demolition and a pond, with excavating. Always happy. The work is done in a timely manner, and they have always done a fantastic job for the money. We would recommend them again and again.
