We spoke with [redacted] today. We appreciate Kraz's communication. Kraz is going to install a starter strip at no charge to us. They are going to schedule to come out sometime next week.
Attached you will find the contract that Mr. [redacted] signed authorizing us to secure him financing in the amount $6556.00. The signed Credit Application, including his driver license information for identification purposes, is attached. In both documents Mr. [redacted] clearly authorizes us to run...
his credit and secure him financing. Mr. [redacted] did not include any restrictions in the contract regarding us securing him financing. As our contract states all agreements and/or restrictions are to be in writing. Kraz Construction acted well within our legal right & actually adhered to terms of the contract.Mr. [redacted] can contact [redacted] at 1[redacted] and close out his line of credit. Unfortunately, we cannot close out any customer accounts.As far as the ceiling damage in his pantry Mr. [redacted] called in for a warranty service request on January 9, 2018, for his attic insulation and never mentioned any ceiling damage or improper repair. He's never returned our call to schedule a date for us to come out and preform the warranty work. When Mr. [redacted] calls us to schedule an appointment we will gladly repair any ceiling damage he has suffered.
