Of course, they have a monopoly and treat me like I don't have a choice to deal with them, and we don't My water bill was suddenly triple what it should be; after many calls to them they said it was my problem and I had a leakI spend $for a professionals leak detector who said I did NOT have a leakAfter several more calls to water company, they agreed to "test" my meter, at a $charge to me and call me back with the resultsA Month later, no call back; I call them and am on hold for mintues, then they say they could NOT test me water meter as it was "an old one" and adjusted my last bill to times the amount vs triple, but couldn't tell me how the adjustment was calculatedI mentioned my water bills had been very high the past months vs the same time last year and I had proof it was their water meter in error, asking for a bigger adjustment on the previous month and some for the past months too, a matter of my having overpaid about $more in the past few months plus the $for the leak detectorThey said there was no one to talk to about it, no one to appeal to and that was the best they could doI asked to speak to a supervisor, was told she was "busy" and would call me back in the next hours- she never called back, and I'm still out a lot of money due to their error

I had a leak which caused my bill to be over $2,one month when my bill is normally around $ The utility worked with me to forgive most of that amount, but the reduced bill was still over $ I was TOLD not to pay the high bill amount as they would forgive most of it Less than a year later I move and they will not waive the new $deposit on the new house because of late payment history I tried to explain what had happened and that I was instructed to not pay, but the customer service rep on the line didn't care He was rude to me and said there was nothing he could do I asked to speak to someone else and asked WHY? and said they would tell me the same thing How about a little common sense?
