We have tested the window repeatedly We were shown this video before and showed it to the manufacturer, Advanced who also went out The window has to be closed and locked to prevent air from coming in If not, the plastic taped on the glass will move from wind I'm not sure what he means by air coming in like December because we have wind all year around in Chicago
Let me precede by saying at ***, we pride ourselves at satisfying our customers 100% of the time. We go above and beyond which is why we have been around for almost years with very little advertising. The number one way we stay in business is by referrals. We have never had a
bad review on Revdex.com which is why we want to explain fully what has happened here.After we completed Mr*** home for windows, he told us he was feeling air come from around the window. We take every complaint very seriously and sent someone out right away to fix this. When we went out the first time, we did not feel any air. Mr*** was sticking his hand inside the window frame and said he felt air. We explained the science of how windows work and how the slight air flow works around windows. The windows are completely sealed and if you feel inches or farther away from the window, you will not feel any air. This is completely and is exactly how the window should work If it was leaking air, it would be leaking water as well which we showed and tested that is was not leaking any water. The second time we went out, we explained the physics of the window, but offered to add even more foam insulation. Mr*** was still not satisfied. We sent out the manufacturer, Advanced Window, which again showed Mr*** the window and how it works. He was still not satisfied. Mr*** started calling us more and more and was extremely angry, many times swearing at us saying he wanted the windows free or he will report us. He continued to act more belligerent, but we were determined to satisfy him just like every customer. We went out once again, bringing sample windows, explaining how the windows work, trying to explain and show the best we can. We went out again and tried our best, but Mr*** said he wanted the windows free. We then realized there was nothing we can do at this point. This is our first time in nearly years we were unable to satisfy a customer fully. We feel very saddened because we have listened to Mr*** even when he called us swearing at us, screaming at us on an almost everyday period for nearly a month. We have tried to explain this multiple times. We have been out there different times trying to explain how the windows work as well as the manufacturer explaining it. Mr*** has expressed unless he gets the windows free, he is going to write us a bad review. If there was any issue at all, we are always going to fix the problem to keep customers fully satisfied. We have been growing every year in the Chicagoland area because of hard work, dedication, pride and fully helping customers to the best of our ability. We will continue to grow because of the thousands of satisfied customers we have had from so many different people.
