I am rejecting this response because:
He has not yet called about the windows that were due to delivered Thursday 11-17-16 and set up installation.  His workers installed ceramic tile in my sunroom & the grout is all coming out.   He promised that the French drain would solve my issues with water getting in the basement after a rain storm. I could go on & on about all the things that are falling apart that he did. His business card reads "some people have dreams that turn into nightmares my customers have fantasies that I make into realities"   I am waiting for that to happen.  There  is bare dirt in my front yard that never got sod.
