Dear Miss [redacted],I called your office after finding the original complaint in my mail box on Monday 18th December. I spoke with [redacted].Our office expressly refutes and denies any and all allegations raised by Mr. [redacted]. We believe Mr.[redacted] is involved in strange possibly cultural...

practices of rubbing garlic, onion and apple cider vinegar into his head.  Despite being advised at the inception of his contract to refrain from such practices. He has been inappropriate within the professional relationship, demanding to know about my sexual experiences and further he made an assertion that I was "possessed by evil spirits as the result of a black magic curse". He told me that he had "drugs from Egypt that I would take when he next came to visit". His claim was that my cough would persist and that I might even die unless I did as he said. He claimed I would have to suffer diarrhea and vomiting for 3 days before the evil left my body. Mr. [redacted] demanded that his head be turned "jet black", demanding 100% African pigment be used. I have text messages where he says that he "begged for the darkest pigment, accepting all responsibility therefore.  I satisfied his three sessions and he was obligated to pay for a further session which I discounted from $800 to $300 for sundry item expenses. I did not wish to see him again but he had threatened to "ruin me" and he made comments about owning guns. I was frankly afraid of this man and had asked a colleague to be present for any future visit.Following my final session with Mr. [redacted] I had managed to bring his head to a respectable level of pigmentation. He asked me if I could "smell the garlic". During the session he frequently moved in the chair despite my request not to as it could cause harm to us both. I drove home for 3.5 to see [redacted] for him s final session as he said he was leaving for vacation in Morocco on the following Monday. This was a lie. [redacted] accuses me of being incompetent and in the next breath demands that I release all other patients from my diary to work on him.My lawyers have sent him a cease and decist letter and for his online defamation. And due to his bizarre behavior I have found it necessary to take legal measures to protect myself against him. In my last communication with him by text, he told me that he had found better pigments for me to buy and it became obvious that despite seeking the best way forward, Mr [redacted] wants someone to bully and dominate. I withdrew my offer to treat him but told him I would write to him with names of other providers. I even called one and offered to pay him to try and help [redacted] but he refused to treat him. Mr. [redacted] demanded I treat him and then threatened me with legal action if he did not hear from me within the next 6 days. Four hours later he to the internet and began a campaign of trade defamation and harassment online at Yelp, Facebook, Google and YouTube et al.The matter is being handled by [redacted] at [redacted], my legal counsel. I'm sure you will appreciate that Mr.[redacted] is not someone that is reasonable and balanced in his behaviour. In all my years of practice I have never had such a situation where I was fearful for my life. The tone of my messages to him have always sought to placate him. Words like "friend, buddy, mate, and words of thanks and encouragement betray the gut wrenching fear of having to deal with this s man who in my opinion is suffering from some kind of illness or obsession.Again, we expressly deny any wrongdoing in this matter and clearly whilst we are not happy to see Mr. [redacted]' s scalp pictures, we are not responsible and have post procedure pictures that reflect very differently.Thank you for your time,[redacted], CEOSemper Hair LLC
