ongoing issue with her electrical provider that has caused damage to the hvac equipment, including the wifi thermostatCustomer also had issues with other appliances as well, and we were told it was taken care ofWe went back after more issues arose and replaced circuit board, thermostat etc to get operation goingThere were still electrical issues from the electric company, and we could not continue to repair equipment with the electric company problemCustomer then had electrical repaired, and we were able to move forward, but customer would only make herself available on weekendsWe need to complete the job during business hours to be able to procure the parts from our suppliers who are only open 1/day saturdayThe wifi thermostat became faulty due to the electrical spikes from the houseWe had put up a temporary thermostat to get heat againThe customer was never charged for the maintenance agreement and is NOT in the system for suchWe would be happy to rectify things if customer will accept our calls, and be available during business hours.Summary: No credit can be given for maintenance agreement since customer was never charged, and the wifi thermostat was faulty due to her electrical issues not related to us

Review: I received a bridge from Dr. [redacted] which has caused me pain and my other teeth to go crooked. I think that the bridge is too big. I attempted to see the dentist again but was refused service because I can't afford to make payments.Desired Settlement: I would like the dentist to adjust the fit.

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. We are a patient focused practice and our patient's comfort is a top priority. We have reached out to the patient in question and offered them an opportunity to be seen. To this point, they have not responded. I have thoroughly reviewed this case and found one non-clinical area that we could have better explained. We have conducted training on this area to make sure that everyone is well versed in communicating with the patient. The treatment appears clinically sound from radiographs and she was given appropriate referrals as required in her care. Unfortunately, she has been challenging to deal with. We are not the only location to have an issue with her as I have notes documenting her failing to complete treatment that impacts her health and being verbally abusive to the staff at another office as well. We are partners in our patient's health and it is critical that they do their part to reach good oral health.Respectfully,Robert Semtner DDS

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have read the response from Semtner dental and they have NOT offered to resolve this problem and I have NEVER been verbally or any other way ABUSIVE to them or their staff. I asked to speak to Dr. [redacted] and they refused. I was also referred to Dr. [redacted] and they did a root canal but also refused to finish the work that was started on my tooth. I paid them $250 cash at the time. My bill with Dr. [redacted] is paid but the staff said that I should go to another dentist to finish the work that was started with Dr. [redacted]. I was NEVER ABUSIVE to the staff there either!
