All the other discontinued items you refunded, but you send ME garbage and refuse to return my money. DO NOT buy from this scam site, I'm currently trying to work with Paypal before I take the next steps. Copied my review from another site... I've done enough work simply trying to make this "company" follow good business and customer relations practices.

This thief should be in jail. Unlike many of you, at least I got SOMETHING for my money... just not what I ordered. I was being kind giving the seller time to respond to my Paypal dispute... that I missed the chance to escalate it, I should know better when dealing with crooks. Well, if the Revdex.com isn't able to get my money back, then filing a CC chargeback under FRAUD (as "bait and switch" IS FRAUD). The thing is, they knew for months and months that "Sallie" had been discontinued as EVERYWHERE else had updated their sites. I thought that I stumbled on some "left on the shelf" for my uncle (he refuses to try a Fleshlight).

This is, so far, the only adult toy store that I've ever had a problem with. Refund the money, it's called "the cost of doing business". So you are "out" some cheapo junk you sent me that cost you what... 20 bucks?

Review: I made a puschase to Sensual Direct on 4/19/15 that totaled to $13.93 and it was charged to my card the following day will normally take 5-7 business days for arrival. Today is 5/5/15 and I have not received my item. I tried calling and sending emails but no one ever answers and no reply to my emails. Depending on duration for delivery, I would should like to receive my item.Desired Settlement: I will like to receive my item as an overnight delivery

Review: I made an online purchase from sendirect from a prepaid debit card and not only did I not receive my purchase after being charged extra for priority mail shipping,they charged my debit card twice.I have tried to contact the company by telephone and by email at the numbers an address listed on their website but I have gotten no response.Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly welcomed.
