Good afternoon, I am responding to a complaint that was filed against Senara Health and Healing [redacted] is unhappy with the fact that her son who is an adult was turned to collections in the amount of plus collections fees [redacted] was turned to collections after receiving statements dated 9-5-17, 10-4-and 11-1- [redacted] 's claims were processed by insurance at an out of network rate after the insurance stated to our office that we were in network With that being said we adjusted the bill to the in network rate to help the patient when [redacted] 's bill should have been hundreds of dollars more [redacted] states she talked with staff members in the office about the bill and tried to pay it however we have no documentation of that and we would have explained to her the fact that we took discounts on the bill to help [redacted] since the error was neither ours or theirs Any further questions please feel free to contact me Thank you and have a great day!
