I was a Resident at the third building(655 S. Roop St.) from January to May 2011 during a Job Assignment from [redacted]. The Management worked with me as needed. However, the Neighborhood is not that great. The Building itself is very dated. The building was nothing of an issue compared to the crazies that lived in the complex. In February 2011, the people on my left next door were evicted when they continued to have issues out of their unit. March 2011, there was a standoff in my building between deputies and a suicidal man armed with a knife. April 2011, a lady in Building 555 was discovered dead in her unit. April 2011, the guy behind me got hauled away by deputies. Early May 2011, I had an it from [redacted]e pounding on my door, yelling for me to let him in, as I walked up behind him. He never knew I was there until the deputies took him away. I didn't realize I could live in the Hood in such a pristine rural. Fire Rescue, and Sheriffs Deputies were at the complex almost every single day it seemed. Between this, the injury I sustained during work, and the other crazies I dealt with, I had to collect Intel on everything around me. As a Security Professional I've kept tabs on my surroundings there, and have come to the conclusion that the only real positive is having the Sheriffs Station located a couple blocks away.
