I am rejecting this response because:
1st I never test drove the truck at all. The next day after I got the truck is the 1st day I told them about it in person, they told me to go to a garage that they knew. I had to pay 700 for a rental and 2,560 out of my pocket for the repairs. If needed I can get a letter from garage so he can write how that care should have never left that lot. What is that bank information for I have that bank ??????
There is no way the damage to that truck was done that fast! Most out the winter we were snowed in I don't know what they are trying to pull.

Review: Feb 12, 2014 I leased a [redacted] off their lot. I put 2,500 down for the truck . that same day I noticed different noises coming from the truck the very next day I took the truck back they told me to go to a shop on [redacted] call ** Auto repairs to have it looked at so I did but the truck sat there all day so at 7 pm I picked it up they told me that they were to busy to look at it. so I waited a while our winter was a little bad so I wasn't driving as much. After the weather was getting better I tried to take the truck back to the repair shop and they were still to busy. So I called Senda auto back and they told me to call warranty company. Here I could of took the truck anywhere to get it fixed, which they didn't tell me. I took the truck to [redacted] to get looked at and excatly what I told them was wrong was indeed wrong. The mechanic told me that the truck should have never left the lot it was in no condition to be driven while my kids were in the car or myself pregnant. As the truck sat in the gagarge getting fixed I to rent a car for two weeks. I had to pay a total of 3155.78 to fix a truck that should of been in running condition before it left the lot. with the money I spent I could of paid off the car .Desired Settlement: I would like the money the I put out the I should not have had to if the car was properly running in the 1st place

May 13, 2014Whom This May Concern,This letter is in response to a consumer complaint that was filed by **. [redacted] regarding the vehicle 2003 [redacted] (VIN: [redacted]).On February 12, 2014, as we can recall prior to signing any documents regarding the sale of the vehicle **. [redacted] had the opportunity to take the vehicle on a test drive. Once she was done test driving the vehicle she returned to our office satisfied with the vehicles performance and proceeded to sign all documents regarding the financing of the vehicle, including her limited warranty contract. When **. [redacted] noticed something was wrong with the vehicle she had already driven it for about 1,300 miles. In which time she took the vehicle to be serviced. Her limited warranty took care of all major expenses. We have attached a copy of her limited warranty contract as well as the claim that was taken care of with the limited warranty company ([redacted]). We have also attached a copy of her complaint that she filed with the attorney general's office, please notice that there is a discrepancy in the amount that she claims she paid to have the car fixed. To answer the questions on her claim, we strongly disagree that the vehicle was delivered with transmission problems. And therefore regret to inform you that we will not be reimbursing **. [redacted] for any additional charges that she incurred during the repairs of her vehicle, We believe that in this particular case, **. [redacted] is a bit confused as to how the limited warranty on her vehicle and claim process works. As well as to what the vehicle owners' responsibility is in the event of a warranty claim. Here at Senda Auto Sales, Inc. we strive to give our customers the best service before and after a car is delivered, If there are any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact us at your convenience.Thank you in advance for your attention to this matterHave a great day,
