We apologize for the frustrationI found that our Support team replied on June 29th via Support ticket [redacted] The answer we provided there has been pasted belowAfter reading it, please let us know if you still have questionsI had a look at your logs, and I noticed that the email address once marked your email as spam, and landed on your Spam Reports suppression listOnce an address lands on one of our suppression lists, we drop all future emails sent to it in order to protect the reputation you have as a senderSending multiple emails to spam reporting addresses / invalid addresses / unsubscribed addresses / addresses that bounced your emails is extremely bad for your reputationSo dropping emails that go to "bad" recipients is the best way of keeping your reputation up.The solution would be (and it seems that you already applied it) to have that email address deleted from that suppression listIn that way we will no longer drop the emails you send to themBut please note that if that address lands on a suppression list again, we will start dropping the emails as well.If you have email addresses that should never be suppressed by us, then I would advise you to add them inside the Address Whitelist app from the Settings -> Mail Settings pageIf an email is located there, then we will never suppress emails sent to it, regardless if they are located on a suppression listSo basically the suppression lists will be bypassed for the addresses from the Address Whitelist appPlease use this app with great care: if you add an address in there and it will constantly bounce back your emails, or mark your emails as spam, then your reputation will be harmed.Because our Activity page is very limited when it comes to the number of events it can store, I would highly recommend you to use the Event Notification app to keep older email logs to troubleshoot such issuesJust like with the Activity page we provide you with the exact reason for each event that is generated through your account

I am rejecting this response because:This is a total placation non-answerI want the following:1) Complete data on the acquisition of my email, including the IP address and exact date, time, and method of inclusion.2) Assurance that business has instituted a double oONLY requirement (proactive, verifiable request for inclusion) to their email marketingIn other words, a policy of expressed permission of initial contact. once marked your email as spam, and landed on your Spam Reports suppression list. Once an address lands on one of our suppression lists, we drop all future emails sent to it in order to protect the reputation you have as a sender. Sending multiple emails to spam reporting addresses / invalid addresses / unsubscribed addresses / addresses that bounced your emails is extremely bad for your reputation. So dropping emails that go to "bad" recipients is the best way of keeping your reputation up.The solution would be (and it seems that you already applied it) to have that email address deleted from that suppression list. In that way we will no longer drop the emails you send to them. But please note that if that address lands on a suppression list again, we will start dropping the emails as well.If you have email addresses that should never be suppressed by us, then I would advise you to add them inside the Address Whitelist app from the Settings -> Mail Settings page. If an email is located there, then we will never suppress emails sent to it, regardless if they are located on a suppression list. So basically the suppression lists will be bypassed for the addresses from the Address Whitelist app. Please use this app with great care: if you add an address in there and it will constantly bounce back your emails, or mark your emails as spam, then your reputation will be harmed.Because our Activity page is very limited when it comes to the number of events it can store, I would highly recommend you to use the Event Notification app to keep older email logs to troubleshoot such issues.
