Review: I made a purchase through the website send.com on 11/24/14 for Navan Vanilla Cognac - Order #[redacted]. The total cost for the purchase, including tax and shipping was $205.06. The charge was processed on my credit card the following day 11/25/14. on 12/4/14 when the item was not delivered in 3 -5 business days as promised I called customer service. I was told the item would be sent out the following day. Again the item was not received so I called back on 12/8 to follow up and was told it was shipped the previous day but the customer service agent did not have the tracking information. I asked them to send it to me ASAP. The tracking info was not sent so I followed up again on 12/10. Much to my surprise, all of their phones have been disconnected. I will attempt dispute the charge through my bank but I'm not sure that will be possible.

It appears that this site was a scam and they never intended to send anything. This business location also lists a business called [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the order ASAP but since that appears not to be possible I'd like a refund of $205.06.
