Outstanding company with a phenominal greeting card service. As a professional REALTOR, I have utilized their greeting cards to THANK prospects and customers. More importantly, it allows me to stay in touch with them and build lasting RELATIONSHIPS after the sale. I celebrate BIRTHDAYS, HOLIDAYS, BACK TO SCHOOL and SPECIAL EVENTS in my customers lives with CARDS and their full GIFT LINE. Easy to use from my Laptop, Tablet or Smartphone! SendOutCards Customer Service is outstanding.

I've been a customer for SendOutCards since August of 2016. Being able to whip out my phone, pick a card, put a picture on it, add brownies, and send to a loved one is priceless!! I never have to get up out of my chair! They print, stuff and mail for me! What a gift during this time of crisis in a pandemic to be able to send love to loved ones that I'm not able to see! Thank you SOC for making the world a better place!!

I have not had one single problem with this company.
I am grateful for this company because it makes keeping in touch with family and friends much easier for me.

I was a distributor for a few years and liked the card system but they changed the rules on us and took away my commissions unless I did something else that wasn't in the rules when I signed up.
I see they change the company and system all the time, very confusing. Keep it simple stupid isn't in SOC vocabulary.
The last straw along with them taking my commissions away was when I send a card and gift to 2 different people for their birthday and about a week later I received an email from SOC saying they had a problem that day and nothing went out that day.
Not a good company at all.

I have been using SendOutCards since 2010 and absolutely love it. Their updates this year made card sending much easier. Love that I can personalize easily with photos. Above all, their mission comes from the heart - founders are making the world a better place and showing kindness to others. I strive to do the same every day and this helps me do that.

I have been a customer for 2-3 years. Company has never been customer service oriented or customer friendly. The service is supposed to save time and money over the traditional way of sending cards, but it is a total rip off.

They keep changing the app/website which makes it more difficult to use everytime you want to send a card. A couple of clients I sent cards to told me that when they got the card it was completely blank. No way for me to check. Company used to have a point system which was not accurate or fair. System has recently been changed and all of the money, or points, I had in the system vanished. Company did explain when I originally signed up points will expire if not used in 18 months. My points still had 3-4 months of use left. The messaging system in place for customer service on the Send Out Cards website is completely useless. When you begin a message at the top of message window it explains response is usually less than a week. Im still flabbergasted in this day and age that a company expects their customers to be OK with this. The toll free customer service phone number does not connect, just a busy signal. I have had two customer service issues this year that I still have not had a response to wither. My third response today was to return the money that was taken from me. I have over $6 dollars in account that was used for "expenses" such as postage, but dont know how many "points" were taken away as their is not statement or way for me to track that. I believe I am owed $35-$40 with the $6 expense account and "points" that were taken from me for no reason. This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. Total rip off. They cant even fake a response, just completely ignore everyone and take their money.

I am rejecting this response because: It is a little late to send Christmas cards. I would like a refund. As I mentioned the website is terrible, dont feel like wasting time with it or the shoddy "point" system. I would rather have my money back so I can send cards another way or with another company.

Send Out Cards is a Total Scam. In order to join as a distributor you have to pay $59.00 for a Referral Partner Kit, which you never receive. All I received for $59.00 Is my receipt that they charged this to my credit card.
They offer you a website which does not work on any traffic exchanges, or the site just comes up blank.
There training you cannot find on the site. My Distributor number was the same as my Sponsor .so I would not have made any money. Customer Service or their Compliance Department was no help at all.
The cards are very expensive and the way the site is run, who knows if your clients would even receive their cards, that you have to pay extra for.
Before signing up at this place I would consider taking the $59.00 and sending out your own cards. I have requested three times so far to cancel my accounts and subscriptions, but they are refusing.
I wish I would have read these reviews first instead of joining because my Sponsor suggested it.
This company does not even deserve a 1 star rating!!!!

did request a refund on 11/19 and the refund was granted ths same day since she felt the SOC system was not for her. SendOutCards has been in business since 2004 and have thousands of users around the world using the system daily to send greeting cards.

I have EVER had a worse experience with a company, and hope I never have to again So unprofessional. Have sat on hold for hours at a time hoping to speak to a live person. I finally gave up and tried to use the email process and online chat, sent chats over and over again, never received a response. The online chat now states they will get back to you in a week. What kind of Called the customer support number, on hold for 120 min and was told to submit a cancellation request and requested my $240+ I spent when I joined! Based what I have been reading and my current experience, I'm not expecting to hear anytime soon. , I have never written a bad review, THAT is how bad this is! Please, PLEASE, PLEASE, anyone considering this, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM!

I have been a customer for 4 months and still yet to use the site. So unfriendly. And now I notice I have been charged $41.34/mo for the past 3 months when I'm supposed to have no monthly fee. Went to online chat, sent chats for 30+min, never received a response. Called the customer support number, on hold for 45 min and never spoke with a human. I submitted a cancellation request and requested the $41.34 x 3 be refunded. I spent $251.70 when I joined! Based on other reviews I've seen and my current experience, I'm not expecting to hear anytime soon.

I am not sure that I have EVER had a worse experience with a company, and hope I never have to again. First off, the website is awful to use, I had to CONSTANTLY delete my cookies in order for the system to not run at a dinosaur pace. Not to mention during the transition, it would kick me back and forth between the new and old site, making each order take 10X longer than it should have. Second, I did not have good reviews on the quality of gifts that were sent, the gifts and the cards look cheesy and cheap. Third, my membership was never set up correctly and that's why I had to keep adding points for each order. Not to mention, I signed up on March 30th and my handwriting/signature was supposed to be available to use in 1-2 weeks, over 4 weeks later it STILL was not set up. Fourth, every time I contacted customer support it was almost a week later before anybody even responded to me. Lastly, when I finally had enough and contacted support to cancel my membership, I asked for my $400 back since that was to cover the "labor" in creating my signature and handwriting into the system, when in fact it had NEVER been done, and CONVENIENTLY THAT DAY it was being completed and would be available in my account soon. I use a lot of companies, products etc, and I try to always write my good reviews, I have never written a bad review, THAT is how bad this is! Please please please anyone considering this, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM!

I have been a customer of SendOutCards for over ten years and now cannot get their web site to work other than to take my money. They changed the web site so that it is almost impossible to order. But it can take your money just fine. It is NOT user friendly. I do not have time to listen to lengthy phone calls twice a week for training because it is so complicated to place an order on the web site. I have never had to waste my time on phone calls with any other online companies just to be able to place an order.

I found SendOutCards to be an easy, inexpensive way to keep in touch with friends, family and clients. I love the way the system reminds me of peoples special dates that are coming up so I never miss someones birthday or anniversary. The system got much faster and simpler recently

We have used this company for a few years and they were great. However now after three weeks of calls, emails, and chat tries there has been no customer service. We will no longer be using this company. Save yourself the heartache. If it was a year ago this would be a different review. However right now there seems to be no company what so ever. No call back. On hold for hours. No email back. Nothing. Super disappointed in this company. Do not use them!

The Send Out Cards site does not work. This has been my experience for three years now,
The server for the application is not able to handle requests. They cannot deliver the product they advertise.
You are not able to send cards or even one card without issues or failure. I want others to know how disappointed I am in their service.
I called them and was on hold for over 45 minutes. No one answered my calls or called me back. I have left several messages too. I tried several times to contact them and no one answered. When trying to chat for advise, their response is they will get back to you tomorrow.
This site is terrible.

Customer account ***, purchased 12/10/2011, purchased 200 points on 5/7 for $105.50, was able to send 16 Mother's Day cards on 5/8. Send out Cards has zero customer support. They never responded to my chat message and I was on hold for over :30 minutes and finally just hung up. They changed their website and I could not progress past selecting a recipient for my card. I tried for 2 days before calling and not getting any customer support. Hoping my Mother's Day card arrives on time! I cancelled my subscription and will not rejoin. Hallmark has my business again.

I had 100 points of credit available on my account that were good through April 30, 2018. One hour before the end of day *in the timezone I live in and created the account*, they eliminated them from my account while I was still logged in and trying to use their system. I have heard no response via email or phone, while being on hold for more than an hour, and trying all extensions and receiving the same high volume hold recording no matter what. The totals for pricing seem suspect, their website is poorly setup, half an old site, half a new one, and I strongly feel they are trying to cheat people.

I contacted *** and explained that per our Policy and Procedures, "points" do expire and or online system is based on Mountain Standard Time. Her 100 points expired at midnight, May 1, Mountain Time which was 11pm her time. I apologized for her not being able to reach support on 5/3 due to our higher than normal call volume. I added back to her account the 100 expired points and gave her an additional 100 points as compensation for having to be on hold for over an hour and not receiving support. She was happy with the resolution .

I DON'T KNOW WHAT UNIVERSE THE PERSON THAT GAVE THE POSITIVE REVIEW LIVES IN, BUT SOC SUCKS. IF YOU TRY TO CALL YOU CAN BE ON HOLD FOR HOURS AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND IF YOU TRY TO EMAIL OR USE THEIR CHAT TO TELL THEM ABOUT PROBLEMS YOU HAVE. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, THEY CHANGE THEIR WEBSITE WITH NO BETA TESTING SO IT DOES NOT WORK AND CHANGE THE WAY YOU SEND OUT CARDS WITH NO WARNING AND NO SUPPORT. GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY TO SAVE YOURSELF FRUSTRATION AND HEARTBURN. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH A COMPANY THAT HAS SUCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This company is terrible! We have a real estate company & signed up for their business account which charges you $250 with a clause (that most don't see/truly acknowledge) that says you cannot get a refund if you keep your account more than 3 days!! After uploading our company logo's & information, choosing a back card layout, setting up a campaign and watching tutorials on how to do all this, any one will spend their 3 days just setting up their account. This is not a long enough time to see proof of production. So basically expect to pay $250 for nothing. End of the story, my cards never got sent. We missed important touches with our clients and they refused to refund me the $250 b/c of that 3 day clause. The only refund they will refund is your "expense" fund, so whoopee, I get $23.75 refunded back to my account. This company is a scam. They know 3 days is not sufficient to set up your account & put it to use. They know if they don't deliver, they still make money off you. On top of that their card designs are lacking and not the prettiest in the industry of e-card & real card options out there. Don't USE this company for your cards.
