Review: Got a full physical on 10/**/13 in [redacted] office.His office made the mistake of sending my lab work to an out of network lab (quest diagnostics)[redacted] is a provider of my insurance carrier which is Empire that he should KNOW covers lab corp for lab test.Now I received a bill for 510.47 from quest diagnostics that my insurance won't cover cause it is out of net work lab.[redacted] should take full responsibility for this bill.Drs staff did confirm with me that all expenses will be covered befor taking the physical therefor he should be responsible for his mistake & pay my Bill 510.47Desired Settlement: Pay back 510.47 to me immediately..4/**/14 due date invoice#[redacted] Quest Diagnostics
