I had previous transactions with dish network in the past but it was not a monthly reoccurring transaction, they took money from my account unauthorized I contacted dish and they refused to refund my money and told me to do a chargeback with my financial institution, well when I contacted my bank they told me that because dish network was a previous transaction on my account that they have the right to debit my account at any time because I provided dish network my debit card number in the past for a previous transactionI told them that this was completely unacceptable that just because I’ve used my card with a vendor in the past they can’t just access money from my account whenever they wantThe bank states that my money is protected against fraud and unauthorized transactions but they won’t assist me with recovering my moneyThe address is Seneca Nation of Indians Federal Credit UnionSeneca Allegany Administration BuildingOhi:yo’ Way Salamanca, NY

In response to [redacted] concern, Jesse was informed that the first step is to attempt to resolve any issues with the merchant. If no satisfaction from the merchant is received, the memeber must complete a credit union "Debit Disputed Transaction Form." (see attached)  Jesse did come into the credit union and complete the required form.  The transaction has been returned as a chargeback.
