We worked with Bug Guard over several months *** prided himself with following up and getting things done and keep his crew working to do what they needed to Up until early last fall we were fine with them*** was our key guy and would do a good job After November we asked about cleanup from hurricane and they said wait until spring, so we continue to pay them the monthly fee In February I start asking about spring clean up and they say soon Then mid March I talk to ***, owner son, and he says “next week” Late March I follow up as nothing was done and continue to pay them Early April *** says “next week” for sure In the meantime I speak with *** and tell him how concerned I am they are doing nothing and his response is “we are getting a lot of complaints and I pass them to ***” So I put a hand on his shoulder and say it is not his fault but that *** needs to get the job done so I email him once again The following week *** sends an email to my husband and says “you put a hand on my employee” and we will no longer be doing work for you They also sent letter in early April saying they were no longer doing our yard as of end of April, and I had heard that in mid March from *** that he was too busy so had to cut back on accounts
I am very upset for two reasons We continue to pay them a monthly fee during the winter and come spring time for clean up they cancel multiple accounts Convenient they did not do that during slow season We are left to pay to get job done by someone else because *** did not follow through Then he says my husband “put a hand on” one of his staff and *** was never home and I put my hand on a person’s shoulder because I felt bad for him that he was getting the feedback from customers and felt he was tied to not do more than mow and tell people “next week” When we wrote to ask for a meeting with ***, ***, and ourselves to discuss this “put a hand on” ***’s mother called me and said “leave my son alone” That is very unprofessional It was also unprofessional to lead clients along saying “next week” and then discontinue them so that “next week” never came and people are left with untidy lawns due to neglect of Bug Guard doing their job

Bug-Guard Services had been providing lawn maintenance service since July 28, This maintenance included spraying for insects and weeds, mowing, and trimming of bushes The company directly billed my credit card each month I have taken photographs of the condition of the lawn which shows it hadn't been mowed and with weeds I also took photographs of the bushes which were not trimmed I paid a company $to remove all of the landscaping debris my husband and I completed ourselves In April 2017, they cancelled my service without notice Yet, they sent me a statement and billed me for April's service and continue to bill my credit card I contacted the office and requested to know what date my last service was performed and they were unable to provide that information Based on the condition of my lawn, it is apparent they had not performed any maintenance since the beginning of March Although I have filled a dispute with my credit card for the charges billed, the com
