I do not know who the original manufacturer is, as there is no further explanationIt does list the brand of ETRWalmart advised me that any refunds through third party must be dealt with through the third partyI have attached Seneca’s return policy (which was not stated on Walmart’s website when I purchased the item)This was sent in the box with my heating element Per this paper, Seneca will not refund anything in used condition, not still wrapped as originally sentEven if it was still wrapped, they expect the person returning the item to pay the shipping cost to return AND they will subtract original shipping cost from the customer’s refundFor a $item, I would literally be out money sending it back and would get no refund due to their deductionsFeel free to contact me with further questions

July 11, 2015This disreputable merchant, Seneca River Trading, has responded to you in their brief statement with a BIG LIE. The item that I thought I had purchased was NOT as described on the *** web site page. I was charged for the item plus a "shipping and handling" fee that totaled $27.10. When I contacted Seneca River Trading to let them know that they sent the wrong item to me, I was instructed to ship it back to them for a refundI asked them to send me a prepaid shipping label but they refused to do so and I was advised to return the item as quickly as possible or they would not refund my money. I shipped their wrong item back to them via *** at my additional cost of $8.10. Shortly after they received the wrong item back from me, the issued only a PARTIAL refund of the sales price without including the additional substantial "shipping and handling" fee that was added to the purchase.I contacted *** and *** about this matter so *** (NOT Seneca River Trading) refunded the original "shipping and handling" fee to me. *** states, in their instructions regarding refunds, that when a seller sends a buyer an item that is NOT as described on their listing, that the buyer is entitled to a FULL REFUND INCLUDING ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES AS WELL AS SHIPPING CHARGES FOR THE RETURN OF THE ITEM TO THE SELLER.Seneca River Trading ONLY refunded the price of the item and did NOT refund any shipping charges. It was *** that refunded the original "shipping and handling" fee that was charged to me but I have NOT received the return *** charge of $from either *** or Seneca River Trading.In my view and experience with Seneca River Trading, they are the most disreputable people that I have ever done business with. They should be put out of business before many other people are victimized by their dishonest behavior to their customers. They provide a telephone for buyers to call them, but they never answer calls and only have a very illegible message on their answering machine that, I believe, tells callers that they should contact them only via their web site. Since this problem happened to me, I have researched this company and read many other complaints from other customers that got "ripped off" and only a few of them ever received any refund for purchased items that were not sent to them or that did not match the description shown on the web site without the help of ***

We can not find the item under the number that was given Maybe if the consumer gave us a tracking number that was given when she purchased the product I can let you know what happened to product

Okay we received the "defective" part and after testing found nothing wrong with it. The buyer had requested a refund for the defective item and since the item was not defective it changes things. Now it is considered a used part and I am unable to accept used parts back for a refund. I asked him...

Even if it was still wrapped, they expect the person returning the item to pay the shipping cost to return AND they will subtract original shipping cost from the customer’s refund. For a $20 item, I would literally be out money sending it back and would get no refund due to their deductions. Feel free to contact me with further questions.
