Absolutely awesome customer service! I needed some of the documents I had signed and could not find them. I contacted Synergy at 4:30 pm on a Friday afternoon and had an immediate call back and was given the exact info I needed. Dan contacted me back to make sure I had everything I needed. Joe also texted me to help as well. I cannot say enough about the help today. This is truly “old-fashioned” customer service. Thanks!

I highly advise against doing business with this company. They are middlemen, not installers. They do high pressure sales in your own home, equipped with a sales worksheet designed to make you close on the spot. They also pressure you into submitting a loan application without reviewing loan terms via their cellphone as part of their "consultation."

I learned that they charge $10k over market rates. That $10k is their commission. STAY AWAY.

Great sales guys, horrible president to company! truth be told, I've had two inverters go bad in one year and the first time off grid they were helpful 2nd time I got to know the president of company I was told that my family didn't matter to him and that my opinion on a review was black mail. If you choose this company please lease they will take care of you when your system is off grid do to malfunction of any sort no questions asked!! If you own, your pretty much on your own. If you have same problem your review will go a long way trust me word of mouth will eventually catch up....
