Very disappointedA month in advanced slitting and seeding was scheduled for service on Friday at 4: The technician was to call the day before with an estimated time of arrival No phone call The day of the appointment I called the office Office personnel stated they would relay message to have Technician to call when in route No return phone call When the technician did not show for the 4:appointment (two hours later) I called the main office and left a message that their technician did not show Ten minutes later I received a phone call from the (stressed out )Technician stating he was on a property and would be there within the hour The Technician shows up (angered and saying I'm tired) stating his equipment is broke and they are unable to perform the service He further stated that he will be out of town and will not be available until Tuesday The Technician was asked if there is anyone else to complete the service he hesitated and stated yes which would be Monday but he preferred to complete the service as first appointment on the list Tuesday He stated the grass prepped short enough that it will fine to cut n weeks as well as walk on it The property had been prepped, watered and patio pavers covered, two hours from work and waiting two additional hours for the Technician to show with an angered attitude to say "my equipment isn't working." Interesting how the Manager was not aware of equipment not working or the Technician taking time off and pushing out service days later It appears ALM has enough customers as they can afford their Technician to conduct unprofessional practices as well as offer no resolution to fulfill the service within a timely matter knowing their customer has prepped their yard and took time from work for this scheduled service Not only is this unsatisfactory business reliance it is a unprofessional business tactic to leave their customer to seek out another Lawn Care Specialist during the season in which all companies are busy with their established clientele and having difficulty scheduling new customers
