Jon [redacted] , the Director of the HOME Program I initially spoke to Mr [redacted] on September 7, and he had questions about the hoursJon sent him copies of the timesheets the painters submitted for the work Jon wanted Mr [redacted] to see the hours the painters recorded to do the painting job so he could compare them to the notes he had taken personally of time the painters put in Jon has not seen Mr [redacted] ’ notes about what he believes the total hours to be The hours our workers submitted do add up to hours Jon has called Mr [redacted] three times and he has not called back during business hours Jon has not yet to connect with Mr [redacted] Our painter Mark [redacted] stopped by his home and was able to connect with him regarding the unfinished work He completed the trim painting that Mr [redacted] requested Mr [redacted] signed an agreement that the work had been completed to his satisfaction If Jon cannot reach Mr [redacted] by phone, he will try to visit in person so they can a conversation about the difference of opinion of hours Our painting crew reported hours which was the same as the initial verbal estimate from our painter - Mark [redacted] There were two additional of hours of trim work to complete the unfinished painting this past week which we do not intend to charge Mr [redacted] for since it exceeded the initial estimate Submitted 9/16/

I am rejecting this response because:First of all I never agreed to any 130 labor fees verbally, mark j. said if the job took 130 hours at $18 dollars per hour, but it never took that much timeand for the time sheets sent to me, even those sheets do not add up to that much time, like I have told jon at senior community services I made verbal agreement with mark j, that labor would be $18 hours, and I was never told that I would be paying individually for each person on his crew. So this matter is about when seen the time sheets and talked with jon on phone, I expressed I didn't know and didn't agree about paying others on crew as mark [redacted] never said I was paying for individuals on crew.  I felt I should have been told about the crew members being paid separately from the start.
