We had reservations with El Nido, LLC (*** and *** ***) at their condo in Panama City Beach June - When we arrived at the condo the air conditioning was not working We sent the owner, ***, a text the very first night saying it was very hot in the room and the thermostat would not go below degrees She texted the next morning and said the thermostat would not go below degreesWe went to beach for the day Unfortunately it was so hot that we couldn't sleep We texted *** again to let her know Even though thermostat said degrees we knew it was much, much hotter you could feel the humidity on the floors it was so hot She still would not call an actual HVAC companyAfter the second night of no sleep, we went and bought digital thermometers for the room The bedroom was reading degrees and the living room was degrees both rooms had a humidity of 70+ We texted the pictures to *** and once again asked that she call an HVAC company
