The company obviously called me, otherwise my name and number would not have been in their system and they would Not have been able to issue a response, other than "we have no record of this individual." Essentially an admission of guilt! Obviously that was Not the case They called me and had a record of it Their offer to place me on THEIR Do Not Call List, when I'm already on the National DNC List, AFTER they Violated Federal Law is Too little Too Late The call was made in Violation of Federal Law, and complaining that I lectured them, of course I lectured them and if they want to Violate Federal Law, they should get used to being Lectured I only wish I could have Lectured their President He obviously needs Lecturing

Thank you for informing me of Mr. [redacted]'s concerns about his interaction with our company.  I can assure you I take these matters very seriously.When Mr. [redacted] made an inbound call to our office our clerk politely listened to his complaint and assured him that she would gladly look into the situation and mark his record as a do not call but he refused to tell her his name or what number he alleges was called.  I am told that Mr. [redacted] continued to lecture her about the do not call registry and refused her repeated attempts to resolve the issue.Senior Health Care Benefit Services has been in business for over forty years and has been quite successful at taking care of clients.  As a matter of fact, we are nationally recognized as a leader in the industry.I tell you that in order to give validation to my next point.  We know all aspects about the do not call registry.  I disagree with Mr. [redacted]'s position that we have violated any part of the do not call law.

Hello, On my complaint ID [redacted] please add   The second girl that hung up on me stated that they would not assist me in resolving the problem and that I was free to resolve it in any way that I saw fit, but that they would not help me do that, then she hung up on me.  ...

I hope you all will assist me in resolving this "in any way I see fit" as she requested.  I realize this may be a little outside what you normally handle, but I believe Violation of Federal law is significant.  If this is the way they treat me when They call Me and are trying to get me as a customer, how will they treat me After they have me signed up???
