Willamette Court: Manager went over to celebration to put 20 dollars on my laundry Card,
when I went to use the card there was only one dollar instead of twenty dollars:
No one3at Willamette Court, doing anything to make me whole and I am several weeks behind doing laundry..

like to share with you a couple of things: A statement of Accounting was sent to the address on file [redacted] Federal Way, WA 98023), but it was returned as incorrect. Can you please confirm your current address?
 
Per SHAG contract, the move out dates are only on the last day of the month, which in your case would have been July 31st, 2015. We also understand that there are some move-out fees that you accumulated. The community manager has offered the opportunity to review the contract and statement with you directly should you need more explanation. If this would work for you, please provide a direct contact number of where to reach you. Thank you.

I am willing to drop my claim against them
 
I still believe they are creating people but as long as I got my money I won't pursue them anymore
