Seniorleads.com provide complete garbage leads. I was able to contact 5 of the the 25 leads I received from them and all 5 adamately claimed they never filled out a contact form. The other 20 leads I could never contact at all after many, many attempts. These leads are no more than a list of people, absolute garbage. In addition, they completely screw people out of money with their auto-charge policy. Here is how the scam works: They require one month before you can cancel or pause your account. At that point they start firing garbage leads at you as quickly as they can in the first month to drive up your tab. In addition they charge upfront for ten leads and when they are filled they charge for another 10. They do this so they can keep the extra money when everyone cancels at the end of the first month as they refuse to refund the amount for unused leads. I have been buying financial services leads for over 20 years and this is the bottom of the barrel. There are some solid annuity lead companies out there, Financialize, AdvisorRPM and Advisor World to name a few. Stay away from the Seniorleads.com charlatans.

Total RIP OFF! Their leads are terrible, bad numbers, bad names, bad addresses, the phone numbers are fake. Expect a $1,000 charge to your credit card immediately! After that, good luck getting a refund on the bad numbers, you only have 30 days to request a refund, which in my opinion does not allow enough time to verify every number by making enough calls to the number. They use the contract like a baseball bat, there is no flexibility in dealing with them.
AVOID these folks at all costs, they are theifs.

We are always saddened by people who don't even read the basic instructions on how to use our system. We know that 11% of leads will have incorrect information and we replace them. IN fact, that is guaranteed in writing here *** These lead replacements (not refunds as stated here in PLAIN ENGLISH *** are processed within 48 hours. PLEASE if you read this review , Do NOT use our service UNLESS you read and understand English and can follow basic instructions. You will need to sign this agreement before we activate your account or charge your credit card *** If you object to anything in the agreement then please do not hire us.

I was promised to get 1 lead day and was told my maximum loss/expense is $ 399.
There is NO HUMAN contact for issues, ONLY web tickets.
I left various messages & emails to the salesperson but the salesperson never returned my phone calls.
The only way to talk to them is to raise a ticket through the website.

They sent me 10 lead in 24 hours. ( $ 399 )
Then they charged an additional $ 222 for additional 10 leads. ( Total $ 621)

Finally, I had to cancel my card to stop their repeat charges.
I wrote to them about canceling my card to stop these charges.
I got an email from them stating that my credit card does not work & my account is suspended.
After suspending my account, I got a notice and a threat that they will turn over my account to a collection agency for $ 22. I did not order any additional leads after the initial order of 10 leads over a period of 2 weeks.

I am looking for a full round of $ 621 as I was misrepresented, Lied and charged based on false information and nontruthful representations

This complannt is not accurate.

Here is the way we work.

1. we do not make any verbal respresentatons about lead flow as we cannot control the lead flow

2. wee tell every advisor/agent that the lead flow is something they control and those instructions are here seniorleads.com/leadflow

3. we disclose this in writing and have the customer sign an agreement BEFORE we actvate their account or charge their credit cardwe are sorry that some people either do not reead or cannot understand english

attached is the agreement signed by the advisor/agent

pleaese read this and seer the aignature of the complainant - all discloures in that agreement very clear

Senior leads Response • May 18, 2020

the assertions are just not true.

read the attached agreement signed by the customer

we have complied 110% with that agreement always

we are very sorry he does not read, does not understand he can cancel his account any 1st or Third thursday of the month and that he controls the lead flow - we do not have that control

Many people like to blame others for their overisghts. We are sorry that although wee have specified the controls of the service, placed those controls in the hands of the customer,he wants to blame his failures to control his account elsewhere. Anyone reading this--please DO NOT use ourtservice unless you agree to follow the terms of the agreement--attached

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:I have attached 2 emails from their sales agents EXPRESSING maximum loss is $ 399.This is what they promise & then have agents sign on computers not allowing them to think or read. They are running a scam.BOTH emails from two different sales agents confirms that1. The maximum loss an agent will have is $ 3992. Agent will not get more than 1 lead a day
Then they turn around and send out 10 leads a day & start charging $ 220 per dayPLEASE, PLEASE review these emails.Internet is filled with complaints against this organisation.
Sincerely

This is a terrible company. I was blatantly lied to about the product and service provided. Leads are awful not 1 I received (out of approx. 30) had any ide why I was contacting them, nor did most of them even wanted to be called/contacted. There is little flexibility in changing setup. They start sending the max leads to you and you can't change for 2 weeks...up to 5 leads a day x 14 days at $22 a lead = up to $1m500!!! And again not 1 wants to be contacted. The prospect info is laterally a name and phone number that is it! I was told these people went through a rigorous screening process and those leads we get WANT to be called and WANT to buy something...this is a complete LIE!!
The support is only through email and takes time to hear back from anyone. Don't bother trying to talk to the jamoke who signed you up as they will not reply at all.
I advise you to stay as far away as possible and don't waste your time or money with this system. Good luck

we invite everyone to read his comments which are not true. Link below is his signed agreement and you can see that everything he contends is already covered in his agreement. We never made the comments he says we made and that is why we put everything IN WRITING - to show the world and provide incontestible documentation of what we do and how our system operates. This is our policy of FULL DISCLOSURE
https://1drv.ms/b/s!Ahn2fLmLokXIj8c_DqzFDSr64SE0cA?e=eccwoK
We will let our WRITTEN DISCLOSURE and agreement stand on its own, an agreement which we uphold 100% of the time. We are sorry that some people do not read and then create fallacies in their heads as to what was represented. We use a WRITTEN AGREEMENT to eliminate any "but they told me... " nonsense

The salesman at Senior Leads ...***... led me to believe that the leads they provided leads of people that were looking for Annuities and Life Insurance as well as Retirees, as it turns out they run ads on jobs and credit card consolidation. The salesman pressured me into getting started right away... and he had me pull up my zip code and it showed they were people waiting to get information about annuities and life insurance...which was not true.....they completely lied to me or me to sign up. ***...the salesman walked me through what was an “agreement” and had me initial and sign. After he took my credit card information and had me initial and sign, they immediately started charging my card and then sent me an email saying I need to read the agreement in full....which I was not able to do before I signed it. After reading the “agreement” I realized that was not what was disclosed to me. I emailed them and said I was not interested and asked for a refund and that they not send me anymore names...I sent a few emails asking that. I was sent an email saying they were not giving me a refund and the names kept coming and they kept charging my card. I had to call my credit card company and report that I did not authorize them to keep charging my card and the charges stopped but, Senior leads kept sending me names......they finally cancelled my account because it was the first Thursday of the month and then sent me a bill for another nearly $400 in addition to what they got from my credit card and are threatening to send me to collections if I don’t pay. They have even charged me twice for the same name. This is a SCAM and they need to be stopped!

We only deal with professionals. We do not deal with consumers or children.

Therefore, we assume the following:

1. professionals can read and understand english2. professionals sign documents only when they agree to the terms stated

Attached is the agreement we provided ***. Read it carefully and you will see that she complains about issues already explained in the agreemenmt that SHE SIGNED.She had the option to sign and accept the tems or not sign and not have an account with us. She signed the agreement which covers every issue she raises (refund policy, etc), In other words, any complaint she has is already covered in the agreement, explaining the exact terms of our service. I am very sorry that either she does not understand english or agrees to something and then later, when it suits her, says she does not agree.

As stated, this customer ignored the most simple instruicitons. We have a support ticket system. We told this (and tell this ) to everry custoemr FOUR TIMES. the first time is in out agreement which every cusTomer must sign. here is the full agreement https://***

it says:

But if you need assistance, you can create a support ticket in your back office or https://***, and assistance will be provided by email (there is no phone support in order to keep the lead price as low as possible). You agree that you will contact the company for support as specified in this paragraph.

Yet, what did the customer do? She ignored this basic simple instructIons and emailed to get support. We specifically do not want customers to use email because email is fallible while our suppooirt ticket system is not.

AGAIN--OUR CUSTOMERS NEED TO READ AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND BE ABLE TO FOLLOW BASIC INSTRUICTIONS.

Our client services department is unparalelled--we respond to every support ticket within 3 business hours. Does your bank do that? Does your doctor do that? Does any one resopnd within 3 hours? We do!

I have been attempting to receive confirmation from Senior Leads to cancel my account. I find that their leads are totally useless for the business I am in. I am concerned that they have not acknowled and agreed to my request after I have attempted to contact them several times since July 9, 2019. I do not want them to continue sending me leads or to charge me for them. I understand that there is no refund for unused leads and I accept this. I question the ethics of the organization and am not comfortable doing business with them. At this point, I sense that they are now trying to jam leads down my throat in order to submit another charge to my credit card. I would like this to prevent this from happening. This may be why they are not responding to my support ticket submissions or email requests.

This customer complaint due to customer not following ANY of the instructions we provide. Seniorleads is an automated service for professionals, only offered to those who can read, understand and follow English instructions:

Customer says:

I have been attempting to receive confirmation from Senior Leads to cancel my account.

Our reply: Attached agreement, sign by customer says:
Pause and Cancellation Policy: You must cancel your account by clicking the “cancel” link found under "My Account" in your Back Office. Because Seniorleads buys and prepays for your advertising in advance, cancelation will not be effective until the upcoming Thursday at 9pm Pacific. There are no refunds for any remaining prepaid leads.

Our clients are never locked in and can cancel their account ON THEIR OWN, just as we disclosed in the agreement and twice later in our welcome letter and back office. Please DO NOT REGISTER WITH OUR COMPANY UNLESS YOU CAN READ, UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS.

We have checked our customer support ticket system and found no request from Dilbert to cancel or other issue. So that is the second instruction he ignored in the agreement. The contact for our company is at https://***, as you clearly see in the attached agreement that Dilbert signed. Why do people sign agreements and then not follow the agreement?

Comments are total nonsense. The software works flawlessly (keep reading for proof) and *** admitted to our client services staff that he pressed "pause" rather than cancel. Some people love to blame others for their failures or mistakes. We will take 100% responsibility for any of our failures. But here is the evidence of why *** tried to cancel his account, did not follow the instructions and then wants to blame us. Some may consider these FACTS an insult but the evidence is here: https://www.***

Our company does not deal in inuendo or opinion or untruths. We provide evidence, proof, for any statement and holding 100% to our agreement with clients. We deal in full disclosure available for all to see here https://***

We have served over 25,000 advisors and most have been successful. Some will not be successful and we cannot guarantee that. Our leads are exactly as promised in our agreement. We cannot provide any client sales skills, force them to follow our instructions, force them to watch the training videos or do the activities necessary to convert a lead to a sale. Here are actual cases of those who have followed instructions and their results: https://***

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID. I see no benefit in continuing this fruitless conversation. Sometimes it's better to "dust off your sandals" and move on. I was willing to help them provide better customer service, but I suspect this is of no interest. I believe that Senior Leads could significantly build a premier lead service by puttting aside their pride and arrogance and seriously examine their business practices and procedures. This being said, I wish them well in the future.

I think the quality of their leads is terrible. First when I paid the $700 to get a good sampling, I did not receive a lead for almost two weeks. When I received the leads, the quality was very low. I have had better luck with aged leads and frankly you could get a call list and call random people and get better results. They tell you they will spend $2000 generating leads but I don't believe it. Better off taking your lead money and heading to ***, President's Club

Senior leads Response • Jul 20, 2019

It is unfortunate when people fail who
1. do not watch the training videos
2. do not read the user manual
3. do not follow the instructions
This is a good review for anyone that does not follow instructions to not use our service as you will not be successful. If you want to know what happens when you DO follow the instructions, please visit

While paying extra for leads from zip codes I requested, they ignored their policies and gave me leads outside of the zip code areas . Dishonest organization that does not allow phone calls once you are a client. Avoid at all costs.

Senior leads Response • Jul 06, 2019

if we made an error, then tell us and we fix it. what kind of it jumps to some conclusion that the company is dishonest?
I think this is a bogus comment from someone who did not even use our service. Reason--we do not select the zip codes--that ios controlled by the user.

charged for leads never received. didn't honor return policy on leads with invalid phone numbers and addresses

Senior leads Response • Jun 21, 2019

the comment is simply a lie.
we immediately credit any lead with an inaccurate phone number, physical address or incorrect name. AND WE PUT THAT IN WRITING ***
We cannot charge for leads not received--the systrem is all run by spoftware. It only counts leads gebnerated. The software cannot "miscount." This is the first time we heard this comment since our founding in 2003. So we say - liar. Attach ther proof and we will attach our records for all to see.

Tell you what I know. I signed up for the option to choose specific zip codes. That is extra. From the first moment the stupid salesmen who signed me up, put me into the wrong Option. I started getting leads before I wanted them and from areas I did not want. The quality of the leads are not good at all. I did exactly what they said to do. So if they say I didn't they are wrong. I read and studied every line they wrote. I door knocked the leads who responded, that didn't make a difference either. It comes down to you get what you pay for. Their leads are cheap, and their leads are no worth the money. After checking to verify that they were putting ads in the zips I requested I found out they were not there. After complaining the customer service person *** didn't respond to that but only to something else not important. They are very frustrating to deal with because if you want to to them on the phone it will cost you $35.00!

Senior leads Response • May 20, 2019

If any leads were transmitted because of incorrect zip code-- the solution is simple. Notify the client services department and they will fix it. Could we make it any more straight forward? We tell everyone that we do not pgovde support by PHONE!!!! how much more cleasre can we make this. It is in our agreement, SIGNED in advance. If you read english--you will find it here *** While complaints are fine, we reject them as invalid when coming from peopel who do not read.

After signing up with the service, I was promised real people who have requested more information in the particular fields for me to increase Annuity sales in this industry. These prospects were not real prospects who requested information, nor could they have assets like they played on recorded calls with other agents. It's a numbers game and as soon as I saw the first 8 were not the type of leads I wanted, reached out to my rep twice via phone and email and never heard a word back, but continued to bill my CC for two more renewals of leads at $220 per pop. So I'm out close to $800 for 0 Good qualified lead. I told *** at Senior Leads, I would try them out for the first 10 plus the one time setup fee of $199 for a total of $399, but NOT to renew at $220 per pop afterwards. I then sent reminder emails prior to additional charges, and still charged card, and would not cancel or refund. Beware agents! Stay away.

Senior leads Response • May 16, 2019

every lead delivered is genuine

we have the date stamp, the IP address of the prospect's computer and birth month/day or the prospect. So any claim that leads are not legitimate is false.

*** was provided this document which he signed. ***.com/agreement

That document says DO NOT CONTACT YOUR SALES CONSULTANT FOR HELP!!!!

Yet, that is exactly what he did. Our sales consultants do not provde clienmt support. we have a dedicated department for that ready and waiting to assist. The agreement signed by ***

stated that in PLAIN ENGLISH to get support form https://***.com/help

That same document explains how the billing system works and that it is automatic and continuous and can be stopped by the customer as explained in the AGREEMENT signed by ***.

What will it take to get these professionals to acvt like profesisonals, read whay they sign and follow simple instructions? There is no issue with our system or service. The issue is that ***

simply did not do as he agreed.

what does it take for profesiosonals to READ WHAT THEY SIGNa and then behave like adults andf follow the instruicitons?

Senior leads Response • May 17, 2019

People all the time mishear or misinterpret what they hear. For that reason-we place ALL TERMS IN WRITING BECAUSE THAT IS THE WAY PROFESSIONALS DO BUSINESS.

We provided this document IN WRITING https://***.com/agreement

It says at the top
READ BEFORE YOU SIGN

It says in the body: The terms in this agreement comprise the complete and final agreement between the parties and supersede any prior verbal representations made by company personnel or agents. My signature below verifies that I have read, understand, authorize charges to my credit or debit card and will abide by all terms and conditions of this agreement and that I am the authorized signer on the credit card

The customer signed this agreement BEFORE we activated his account or charged him anything. We assume that when someone signs a document, they have read it, asked questions and agree. Is that not logical?
Therefore, we recommend that anyone who does not read, not to use our service.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:

Their sales team uses very high pressure sales tactics and says you will receive a copy of everything in your email as so will they and they want to walk you through it all so very fast, but again, My sales person knew that I was only going to try the service out as a Trial basis to TEST only the First original 10 leads purchase then pause the account.. WHY didn't he say that is NOT possible in the first 30 days, that once it hits 10 we charge you again, and when it hits 10 we charge you again, and you can NOT pause your account. I should have done my research on this company first to see how many complaints that are from the Revdex.com and Rip off report as well. Best company to get into is the lead generation service to rip off so many so quickly, then have the 12 page legal stuff to read the "Fine Details" in case you dispute them... Listen to the recorded call, you will hear me tell ***, I only wanted the first 10 to test first! Why can't he say, but that's not what this system does. Even if I sold 1 out of 10 or 1 out of 20 in our industry, it would probably be profitable, but when I follow ALL the instructions, and still the customers deny or ask to be removed from whatever list, I know they are being lead to something else. I will pay for the full first transaction and 1/2 of $110 of the 2nd transaction, as a gesture of being partially my fault, but again, *** could have said our company doesn't work that way or that we could not pause after you hit the first 10 either and I told him specifically that's what I would be doing!!! You scammed me on the $440, and am requesting $340 refunded!

Sincerely

they sell leads that are not real, they claim they are current leads that just inquired about a topic like retirement planning yet when I speak to people they say they did not inquire about anything. They are not real leads and they charge $22 - $24 per lead. This is a bogus company committing fraud.

Senior leads Response • May 02, 2019

this complaint is simply 100% false.

Every lead is genuine--every lead has an IP stamp (indicate the computer and location of the prospect),a time stamp, identificaiotn of the web site visited by the advisor and all prospect contact information.

Of course, this customer did not watch any of the videos which explain why a prospect would say "I did not order the booklet." Had he done that, he would be making money and not complaining.

The video on this issue is available in the account of the advisor/agent and it is here for anyone to view: http://***

It is unfortunate that we have extensive documentation and then it is ignored by people (supposed professionals) who should have never registered for our service as they had no intent to follow any of our instructions.

All we can do is provide legitimate, authentic leads. We cannot give the agent/advisor communication skills, the ability to follow instructions or understand english. If we could solve that, we would do so.

Senior leads Response • May 08, 2019

We provide FULL disclosure of how wee get leads. See videos here:

http://***

https://***

These videos can be viewed by any of our users in their back office. Of course, many simply never read the instructions we provide or watch the videos.

We also provide written documentation, sent via email, which apparently was not read. If customer did not get the emails (one of several), they likely never watched our training videos (***.com/training), as instructed, which explains how to white list our emails in their email client.

Every lead is 100% legitimate.

we can provide for every lead (just ask)

the time

IP address of the prospect computer

website where the customer completed their request

Our customer has jumped to some unfounded, unsubstantiated conclusion, lacking facts. This is not unlike most people in the USA and we assume "professionals" would be more exacting and systematic before reaching conclusions which have no foundation

I have attempted to have this service stop charging my credit card. I have sent 4 emails with no return action other than an auto generated email.

I revoked my authority to have my credit card charged and it was charged again today. There is no customer service for this company without being charged for a call.

Senior leads Response • May 02, 2019

It is so unfortunate that some people do not read the agreement they signed or watch the training videos or read any of the materials. Had the customer done this, just followed the instructions we provide, he would know that he can cancel his account HIMSELF by logging into his account. He would also know how to contact client services.

Attached is the agreement he signed which says all of this in plain english

There is no reason for this complaint as we provide instructions clearly.

Customer Response • May 02, 2019

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: I am intimately familiar with the service agreement. I watched every video on the website, and attempted to cancel my agreement 6 different times. What is not being explained is that this company's sales tactics and "service agreement" are structured so that they get a hold of your credit card and continuously charge the card. You are only able to cancel your account on the 1st or third Thursday of each month. My credit card was hit 4 times in two weeks. Emails to this organization go unanswered and you have to pay a $35.00 dollar fee to talk to a customer service specialist. Absolute fraud and deceptive sales practices. I want a refund for $440.00. I agreed to a set up fee and 20 leads, (what the salesman stated I would receive over the course of a month). I was then inundated with over 40 leads in a three week period. This is not what I was sold or what I agreed to.

Sincerely

Senior leads Response • May 08, 2019

our client service system does not work using email. Service is through a ticket system which avoids the fallibility of email.

We TELL THIS TO OUR CUSTOMERS

see agreement and terms FULLY DISCLOSED seniorleads.com/agreement on how to get customer service. Yet some people will not read english and follow instructions.

Our average response time to customer support tickets is 2 hours.

The same agreement disc loses how the billing system works--that the customer credit card is charged AUTOMATICALLY for every 10 leads AND the customer is provided instructions to control their lead flow seniorleads.com/leadflow

we do not know how to force people to read or follow instructions.

We are very sorry.

Customer Response • May 08, 2019

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: I did open up service tickets. I received NO RESPONSE as I do not count an auto reply a response. As for clearly telling people how to reduce lead flow, this is just untrue. You cannot make changes to the account until the first or third Thursday of the month, meanwhile, this "service" is free to charge my credit card as many times as possible. twice in three days. Absolute theft. Deceptive practices. Misleading sales tactics. Not to mention the quality of the leads provided was absolute sub par. This was my worst experience with a lead vendor in over 18 years in the business.

Sincerely

Senior leads made countless false claims saying that it would “only be a $400 investment” for leads and then continues to charge $220 / 10 leads that they fail to mention. In addition, all leads received were fake and didn’t have working phone numbers and addresses with no homes.

Senior leads Response • Apr 19, 2019

We insure that there are NO misunderstandings or complaints by disclosing everything we do and how we do it in writing. We provide that agreement to our customer before we ever charge their card. Because we only deal with professionals, we assume that they read the agreement before they sign it. We disclosed everything in that agreement as you will find attached.

The customer makes 2 claims

Senior leads made countless false claims saying that it would “only be a $400 investment” for leads and then continues to charge $220 / 10 leads that they fail to mention.

attached is the agreement we provided the customer IN WRITING. See his signature on it.

The agreement says, in plain english:

Billing Policy: Upon registration and activation, you are charged $179 plus a prepayment for your next 10 prospects and we provide an additional 2 prospects at no additional charge. Once we provide the initial 12 leads, we will replenish your account balance each time it reaches $0 by charging the credit card you have authorized us to charge.
The customer says:

In addition, all leads received were fake and didn’t have working phone numbers and addresses with no homes.

This is simply false. Every lead is legitimate. We have the IP address of the computer which sent the lead and a date stamp. Further, we guarantree that we replace any lead where the address, name or phone number is not correct. Therefore, the customer will never pay for such leads as we replace them. He simply needs to tell us as explained in his agreement:

Seniorleads GUARANTEES that every prospect will have a valid name, working phone number, and deliverable postal address or we will provide a replacement. To obtain a replacement prospect, which is also covered under the SAME guarantee, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving a prospect that does not meet the above guarantee. You must use the online credit request system to make your replacement requests. Any credit request containing false information or abuse of the credit request process results in immediate cancellation of your account without refund or credit.

Unfortunately, this compioant lacks any credibility and is unfounded. If anyone has any suggesitons on how we can make the agreement more clear, use simopler english, we would like to know it. But how do we prevent customers form signing an agreement, acknowledging that they read and understood, and later complaining about the same issues to which they just agreed?

In addition, all leads received were fake and didn’t have working phone numbers and addresses with no homes.

Customer Response • Apr 27, 2019

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: They did not follow their own terms and conditions, Numbers and addresses did not work at all and nothing of value was provided by business,Representative *** made specific statement saying investment would be “no more than $400” which he assured me before I signed up. This statement was never held true, and I specifically mentioned I was not looking to pay more than $400.

Senior leads Response • May 02, 2019

we are saddened by people who do not read english.

attached is the agreement signed by *** it says in PLAIN ENGLISH, for the purpose of avoiding what was misheard:

The terms in this agreement comprise the complete and final agreement between the parties and supersede any prior verbal representations made by company personnel or agents. My signature below verifies that I have read, understand, authorize charges to my credit or debit card and will abide by all terms and conditions of this agreement and that I am the authorized signer on the credit card

as to his other point, the same agreement guarantees that we will replace a lead where the name, phone or physical address is incorrect. There is no way we would know of incorrect information in advance (we are not telepathic). But we promptly replace such leads within 48 hours as stated in the same agreement signed by ***

Seniorleads GUARANTEES that every prospect will have a valid name, working phone number, and deliverable postal address or we will provide a replacement. To obtain a replacement prospect, which is also covered under the SAME guarantee, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving a prospect that does not meet the above guarantee. why do people sign agreement that they do not read and then later complain about what they signed?

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:Business failed to respond to fact that their salespeople made misrepresentations,Terms and conditions dont matter if what they are providing is fake and deliberately deceptive.I tried calling these people and most did not pick up. The ones that did said they NEVER at any point requested informatation online which makes the lead as good as a number in yellowpages.

Sincerely

They are very dishonest. I tried to get some of my money back I couldn't be even reach out of any of these people. But I received many calls from them to work on signing me up.

Unfortunately, some of our users (1500 annually) do not read the agreement yet they sign it. Attached is the full disclosure provided of
1. how to reach us immediately (average response time 2 hours)
2. refund policy
Please seed the transparent way we operate. Full disclosure of all terms and limitations, provided IN WRITING, IN ADVANCE. We explain exactly how to contact us for assistance and all other features of the service. ***We are befuddled as to how to get people to read this agreement and then watch the training videos and study our guide "How to Follow Up On Your Prospects." Unfortunately, we have about 2 dozen people annually (out of 1500) who do not follow any of the instructions and then blame us.

Senior Leads promises "Valid name, phone number & e-mail addresses" for Seniors that have requested to be contacted to learn more about preparing for retirement or other related financial services. They charge $399 for the 1st 12 leads that are emailed to you periodically. They're contract/service agreement stipulates that you can only cancel their service on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.

After receiving my 12 leads, I followed their "Specific" instructions in "How to Contact Prospects" and quickly learned that ALL (100%) prospect I received had at least one of the following situations:
1) E-mail was returned and NOT valid
2) Packet mailed was returned due to insufficient address
3) Phone number invalid or person did not live at that address
4) Person answering phone did not request that they be contacted or disputed that they filled out form
requesting Retirement info.
100% of leads provided had one of the above flaws.

Web page says "Bad Leads" will be credited if you contact e-mail or mail with detailed info but more leads sent had the exact same flaws.

My credit card was automatically re-charged (for more leads) after initial amount before there is time to investigate Overall Quality of leads provided and before you have time to meet Cancellation Deadline limited to the 1st or 3rd Thursday of the month.

It is my belief that this is done to insure their ability to keep charging your credit card as long as possible. The On-line and "Yelp Reviews" for this company are terrible.

Senior leads also makes it very difficult to be reached by phone and has verbiage that a charge of $35 will charged if there is a requested call back.

It is clear to me that they purchase large blocks of random information and push it out as "Quality Prospects".

I have over 20 years of Prospecting/Sales experience and know when I receive a poor quality lead.

Attempts to resolve complaints (via web page) with company are told "Refer to agreement you signed". They definitely DO NOT stand by the quality of their service.

Sincerely.

our agreement addresses every one of these issues, IN WRITiNG BEFORE WE EVER CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD of our customer.

We feel very badly that Mr., *** simply did not read or understand the agreement, yet he signed it anyway indicating his agreement.

Had he not understood the agreement, we wish he would have asked for clarification. Had he objected to the agreement, we wish he would not have registered. Since we deal only with professionals, we expect that they act in a professional manner rather than have a complaint later about issues we explain in advance, IN WRITING.

Here is our agreement. https:/***. Read the complaint and read the agreement and the reader can determine if every issue is addressed in advance by our agreement and that anyone who reads it would understand how the service operates and what can and cannot be guaranteed. If any issue is not covered in the agreement, please email ***.com so that he can fix. Please do that AFTER reading the agreement slowly and carefully.

We have attached the agreement signed by Mr.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: simply sending a copy of a signed agreement does not support my original complaint that ALL leads send were BAD and I was billed two more times at $220 before the first billing cycle ended. The quality of the leads are Terrible, you are forced to wait to cancel and $900 for 22 lousy leads is criminal. They make you wait to cancel so they can repeated bill your card.My original complaint explained clearly why this service is a SCAM. Just read their on-line reviews! The list of complaints all say the same thing. SCAM.

Sincerely

Take your money before you can stop the leads. This company charged me 1 day before my 30 days was up when I still had 1 lead to fill before I could stop or pause there service. Then after I initialed to stop back office on there contract to stop there service they charged my credit card once again. You cannot talk to anyone once you order leads it's all email that's how they control everything and once they get your bank or credit card watch out . I spoke to *** and he was great in the beginning but after you will never hear from him or talk to anybody. I had to shut my credit card off. I still have not got any answer from him or his company after phone calls and emails. What a Rip Off !! Leads no one answer's the phone or remembers you called complete waste of time and money. But I am ok with trying new things I just wanted them to stop there service and refund my money but they kept charging me. Still no refund ***
Spend your money somewhere else been at this 27 years put your marketing dollars somewhere other than Senior Leads.

If the customer would just have followed the instructions, he would have found everything worked 100%. We respond to every customer support emails within 2 hours. We never charge anyone when they pause or cancel their account. It is all in rwiting here *** Unfortunately, we find that there are some adults who do not read or follow simple instructions and we are sorry for this. We will have our customer support service contact the customer, a contract he would have received any time simply by following the instructions in they agreement RATHER than calling his sales rep.

This company was supposed to provide *** for my business. The *** are fake, no good. I would call the *** and some people told me they didn't request for any information. Phone numbers were disconnected, or there was no physical building at the address given to me. *** claim that you can request for credit but they actually don't give you credit. I called and spoke with the secretary and she basically said there was nothing she can do. I even provided her with names and phones numbers that don't exist but she didn't want to hear it. I sent emails and I called. They got $700.00 from me and I don't want anyone else to go through what I did on fake lead, names, and addresses. It's pretty sad when I offered to physically go with them to the address to prove that no one lives there, or there is no physical building at the address but no one replied. Also, they blocked me from the back office.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: All of the *** are no good. I sent out the complimentary book that you provide as a free content and I got 8 return back to sender saying that person doesn't live here, I kept the return mail as proof. When I call the people are mad that I have their information and they get angry and say that they didn't give your company the information. I told this company that I was prepared to visit the home with them to prove that this person didn't request any information and they wanted me to leave them alone and take them off my phone list. The problem with *** is it takes way to long to get credit and in the mean time they keep billing you other bad ***. I spent a total of $700.00 and I would like a refund because your *** are not legit. We together #1 can go visit a house from my list and I can prove to you that there is no one by that name at this address, #2 consumer didn't request any information and #3 there is no physical building on the property, there are 2 of these. I want this situation solved. *** has to ask themselves if someone is willing to visit houses with someone from their office to show that these *** are no good then something is very wrong. Also I have return mail saying person doesn't live here.

Sincerely

we have previously replied to this customer. We have nothing more to add and have provided substantiation that the customer has lied. This is a closed matter.

Company has not provided any of the products and services as promised and refuses to make good or refund payment.

Senior leads Response • Mar 22, 2018

This is a blatant lie "Customer service representative candidly told me company is not legitimate or ethical at all" as I listened to the recording. The customer unfortunately is just sm and acts like a child and lies. Refund has been made.Tell us why here...

The complaint appears to be summarized in this paragraph ***

We have no argument with this and that is why we disclose in our agreement the following:

"While we do not have details about net worth, investment motivation, or age of each prospect, we advertise to secure mature prospects that most advisors would find to be desirable investors and insurance buyers. You acknowledge that some prospects will be more desirable than others and some will be more motivated than others. Seniorleads CANNOT guarantee that prospects provided will result in sales, new clients, or any other desired outcome."

So we tell every client in advance, that we know nothing about the people who request information. When people complete forms on the Internet, they could be anybody. We only guarantee that the request for information is genuine and that the phone, address and name are correct.

At the Mr. Schumann's discretion, he agreed to these terms by signing our disclosure, attached.

We know that our service is not profitable for every user and that is why in full disclosure, we state that in advance AND have the client sign in agreement to those terms.
