It hurts me to file this complaint regarding B&R Custom Remodeling [redacted] was always helpful during our remodeling; giving good advice, and our remodel turned out MOSTLY very good My complaint has to do with his follAFTER the completion of the projectPart of the job involved installing wood flooring in our house Just a couple months after installation, we noticed major buckling, warping and discoloration from the flooring We have asked [redacted] to come look at it, provide us with documentation from his installers showing what precautions they took to protect against moisture, and make it right! He has done nothing! No appointments, no documentation, no backing up his own work! Plus, I have texted and called him multiple times to fix a couple leaks in our porch covering as well as square up an external door He said he would but never showed up, never did ANY follow up, and should NOT be counted on for any service after the sale I hate writing this because I got to know [redacted] and like the guy But his lack of care after the last payment has been made has been deplorable We are looking at Small Claims Court to settle our dispute We are currently gathering info to build our case Sad [redacted] does a decent job but beware afterward
