Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It has taken the company most of this year to even respond to multiple written reports of problems, the company was difficult to work with last year, this has been unnecessarily timeconsuming.? I repeatedly reported problems in writing starting ? this spring (and mentioned last year that the mortar was sandy).? ? Since I didn't receive response from Bright, I filed Revdex.com complaint on 8/2/requesting refund, but Bright didn't respond to multiple Revdex.com lettersThis all took several months; Revdex.com advised me that your company's Revdex.com accreditation would be suspendedSo I just filed MHIC complaint.? ?
