online, it does give you the option to pay for the appointment ahead of time, however this ! is a convenience and not a requirementOur office hours are listed on our website www.hamiltoncountychiro.com and when an online appointment is scheduled we generally cannot confirm the appointment until we resume operating hours In this particular situation, an appointment was scheduled on a Saturday and when we resumed business hours on Monday we contacted this individual to confirm her appointment for that dayShe stated that she wanted to cancel her appointment and wanted a refundWe did cancel the appointment and processed a refund on the same day We are sorry for the confusion and inconvenience that this individual may have experienced and regret that we cannot provide 24/customer service, Sincerely, The Hamilton County Chiropractic Team

[redacted] was a patient that submitted to our office for treatment for chronic lower back pain that had become severe over time.  It is standard in our practice to take do examination and take films...

in our office in these cases.  Upon review of her films structural and degenerative issues were identified and a course of treatment was recommended to address her lower back pain that included chiropractic and rehab in our office. I stand by the treatment recommendation that was made for Mrs. [redacted].  Mrs. [redacted] indicated that she understood the issues that I explained to her and elected to move forward with the treatment plan. Mrs did not provide insurance insurance for us to submit her charges to and applied for care credit in our office to cover her the cost of therapy. Mrs. [redacted] received treatment in our office from 7/7/16 to 7/22/16 in which she indicated that she was improving from the treatments.  At no point did she mentions that the treatments were making her feel worse.  On 7/23/16 she came in to our office and we had a polite conversation on how she was unable to afford to move forward further with the treatments at that time due to financial concerns. Over the course of treatment Mrs. [redacted] accrued a balance of 1536.05.  We did apply a $211 discount to her account from a coupon that she brought in for the 1st visit.  She agreed to make $20 payments which she made one on 10/15/2015 and then stopped honoring her agreement.  We have made several attempts to collect the balance over the past year to no avail and most recently have had to turn her over to collections.  I would be more than happy to provide any supporting documents including itemized listing of service and progress notes for her visits.
