I am filing a complaint because I have had to replace my Transmission Control Module (TCM) times in my Ford Focus since I purchased my vehicle used in The TCM was replaced due to a recall/warranty issue for this part on this make and model of vehicle
During the first two scenarios, I was provided with a rental vehicle to ensure I had sufficient transportation to and from work

I purchased a Ford Excursion from Berge Ford I am an existing customer I was told the vehicle was acquired as a trade in and later learned it was part of a rental fleet for *** *** *** This concerns me and I would have have purchased because it is a large 4WD SUV Many people rent 4WD and drive them hard because they aren't their personal vehicle
Secondly, there were marks on the mirror which I was told would wash off - they turned out to be scratches and the entire mirror assembly piece needs replaced

Sales help (Scott S***) was very helpful and was always attentive on my visits to the dealership

I took my expedition there for plugs and could plus oil change I've taken it back once for them not completely tightening my oil filter so oil was everywhere including my driveway I then noticed that my truck is still misfiring so I took it back, they had it pretty much all day to day there's nothing wrong Then I try to take it back to them and they say they're going to charge me tho look at the vehicle I paid over dollars and I feel something is still wrong

I dropped off my F Ford truck to have it serviced for oil leak.Joey Zaffino called a few days later stating leak was oil cooler needed to be replaced cost dollars.I called a few days later and asked him to change the oil at the same time if needed.I picked up truck on 1/3/Joey met me at cashier shook my hand and I left after paying bill total 1211.40.After returning home and reading bill,I found oil cooler was not replaced at all,so I called Joey right away and he responded the next day,after I confronted him the next day at the dealership telling him he and the dealership commited FRAUD,so then went to speak with Mel P*** General Manager they offered to replace oil cooler I do not trust them to do anything on my truck they have already lied to me and commited FRAUD
