On Friday, July 1, 2016, one of our instructors showed up at Ms [redacted] home to pick her up for a hour lesson that she had scheduled and she told her that she was not going to take her driving class because she had not scheduled for that day, the instructor called our office and we confirmed that she was scheduled for that day but we told her to get back to the officeFearing that the same thing would happen, we called her in the afternoon of July to confirm the hrs and the road test service that she had also scheduled on July 6th and she said it was okOne of our instructors picked her up that morning and gave her a hour lesson where she practiced all of the techniques required at the driving test and she did very well While taking the road test, as she was doing parallel parking, she hit a cone (which symbolizes a parked car) and she failed the test since it is considered an accident.There was nothing that we did that caused her to hit the cone, the result of the driving test in based on student's techniques and performanceMs [redacted] wanted us to take her to the road test again for free which we could not do since the service has to be provided again.Thank you,Alissia A***

I am rejecting this response because:
Shes stating that my sister failed because she couldn't paralell park, but it clearly states that she didn't back up straight from the motor vehicleStating that my sister liedMy sister made an appointment for her hour driving lesson and she was waiting all day when she finally called they said they forgot to put her on the systemThe next day she gets a phone call stating the driver will be "late", but she never had an appointment for the next daySo how did they randomly pick a day to pick her up?

My sister made an appointment for her 1 hour driving lesson and she was waiting all day when she finally called they said they forgot to put her on the system.
