We appreciate your feedback and I would be happy to address your concerns The number on our website is to reach a senior advisor that can help families in their search for senior careWe strive to be a comprehensive listing of senior living options nation-wide, so for the benefit of families visiting our site we do not remove communities

SeniorAdvisor.com is first and foremost a resource for seniors and their caregiversFamilies have a right to know that an apartment community is primarily comprised of seniors and we will not suppress this information It can be an extremely overwhelming and difficult process to find information on senior living and home care providers near you, so we try to provide as much information as we possibly can, in order to help the families who use our siteIt is not uncommon for a family to have heard of a senior community in their neighborhood and then to have trouble finding the information online This is why we keep all listings on our site, regardless of whether they currently serve only seniors or notIf they have served seniors in the past, we can mark the listing as closed, but we do not delete it - this way users are not disoriented about whether the community did exist or not, and whether it serves seniorsWe have offered this option to Vita Flats, as well as the option to additionally claim their listing and update their information to reflect that they now serve all agesThis is the best option for families looking for care We hope that Vita Flats recognizes that this is the way that they can be represented accurately and avoid misleading seniors and their families

Tell us why here... SeniorAdvisor.com is a consumer reviews website which allows visitors to submit and review consumer feedback for over 100,senior living communities and care services. As a consumer reviews website designed for seniors and their families, SeniorAdvisor.com
lists all senior living communities and agencies on the website in order for seniors and their families to share comments and feedback with other consumers. The information listed for communities and agencies who are not directly partnered with SeniorAdvisor.com contains a disclaimer that the consumer will be receiving information about the general location sought (for example, Grand Prairie, Texas). If a consumer uses SeniorAdvisor.com to find senior living and care options, the consumer is given a list of options matching their stated preferences, and thus, a consumer may be given information about competitors to Mr***’s company if the consumer’s stated preferences match as such

SeniorAdvisor.com does not represent that we are a marketing department for Mr***. We do not represent that we have a contract/agreement with Mr***’s company. We are sorry if Mr*** misheard or misunderstood any conversation with a ***. Mr [redacted],Thank you for letting us know about this, we have reviewed your partner status.  We were unaware that Accessible Home Health Care discontinued its partnership with of our parent company, A Place for Mom. I am rejecting this response because: You are listing my company name and address but putting your phone number on it.  You can stop with the canned. I asked nicely for you to remove your phone number from my company name and this is the only time I will be asking.

I am rejecting this response because:I dont expect your company to agree that I was given the information of thirty days of referral fee.But what I do expect that my complaint would be taken seriously and their team look into ways to simplified the contract like their competitions. As well as train staff better marketing techiques so potential partners dont find their self in my position of feelings of betrayal and victimized.Better communication by email and if by phone then all conversation should be recorded so commission doesnt take precedents over integrity and to meantion a poor look on the company's work ethics.
I will continue to say that I was told the fee was for 30 days of service and the contract wasn't it proof.I've been had.

The written contract fully contained all the terms of the new agreement.  We are sorry to hear that Ms. [redacted] may not have read the full terms of the Agreement before she voluntarily signed the agreement.  We are sorry to hear that Ms. [redacted] may have misunderstood what representatives told her over the phone. Regardless, the written and signed agreement contains all the terms of the agreement, including the clearly stated term that the referral fee extends through the duration of home care services to the client.

In 2015, we revised how we operate with home care agencies, and provided a copy of the new contract to all home care agencies.  Ms. [redacted] received and signed the new contract for her home care agency, Seven Stars Home Care, on October 13, 2015.   It was stated in the contract all the...

items that Ms. [redacted] is commenting about: (a) there is no minimum number of service hours before Ms. [redacted] must report and pay the referral fee; (b) the referral fee is a percentage of home care services rendered; (c) the referral fee extends through the duration of home care services to the client; and (d) if Ms. [redacted] used the self-reporting tool, the referral fee is discounted by one percent.   Any partner, including Ms. [redacted], can choose to cancel the agreement at any time.  If Ms. [redacted] wishes to cancel the agreement, we ask that she send us such notice in writing.  It is unfortunate that we will be losing Ms. [redacted] as a valuable partner.

I am rejecting this response because:SeniorAdvisor.com has continued past 1/9/17 to falsely represent that they are part of our marketing department and have a contract/agreement with our company. This is based upon phone statements made after 1/9/17 by SeniorAdvisor.com representatives to people contacting them for information about our company.
