Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Mr [redacted] Please understand that this complaint is not closed The seller has not refunded ourmoney yet and has not followed through with his"offers"Until he does it is unfair andinaccurate to represent that the seller has resolved the matter It should be marked that resolution is pending This seller has been removed from [redacted] .com becauseof complaints, not just mineIt is an injustice to consumers to let him appear to bereliable when he has misrepresented the facts and has not completed his responsibilitiesand has been removed from a nationwide sales firm's online access to consumers.Thank you, [redacted] ***

I am writing your regarding the order for *** * *** that he placed with Senior.com on ***.com. *** ordered a (*** *** - *** Full- Electric Basic Bed) on Jan 27th 2017. We fulfilled the order for *** on Feb 7th 2017. Once we fulfilled
the order we did not hear from the customer until August 19th (Saturday). Below is *** message. (***s first message) - I purchased *** *** *** Full- Electric Basic Beds on January 27 through *** and the bed is now brokenS/N: ***, item# ***, ***The problem is the bed won't go up or downPlease let me know what can be done as this is under one year oldWill it be replaced or will a service call be sent out at no chargePlease adviseI can be reached at [e-mail address removed] Thank you*** *** We emailed *** (Aug and 22) to let him know the he needed to get in touch with *** to resolve his issue. We provided *** with a contact number for ***’s Warranty Service Team. ###-###-####. *** sent us two additional emails stating he did not hear from us. We replied to him right away. Unfortunately, ***s order was on ***. About a week after orders are delivered, *** removes the phone numbers to contact the buyer, so we had no way to contact him via a phone. Also, often *** customers often opt out of receiving emails so when we send out messages the customer does not receive them. We have the entire email string for this transaction on the *** messaging system. On September 8th *** contacted *** customer service and requested a return. We told him the order was over days old and *** will not allow returns after days. We emailed *** in response and also asked *** to call *** and get him the phone number to call ***. In October, we were contact by a person by the name of *** that was helping ***, since he was in the Hospital. We used the same *** messaging system and it appeared the *** was not able to receive our messages as well. In November, *** was able to receive our messages and he was in contact I believe with ***. *** sent us several message asking when the refund was coming. We let him know that he needed to work with *** to get the warranty issue resolved. On November 9th we received our last message from *** asking us to contact him but again we did not have his phone number. We went way beyond the call to help this customer with their warranty issue. If we would have done anything wrong, *** would have stepped in to help the customer but in our case they agreed with our communications*** has a complete string of messages we sent *** and the messages he sent to us. As I mention above *** removes the phone numbers after a completed purchase. *** wants to maintain the relationship with the customer and only want the suppliers to communication via their messaging system. What is really sad regarding this case is *** knew he purchased this from Senior.com. We have a website and phone number, even toll free for customers to call usWe have people call us every day. There was not one call made by *** to us at senior.com. It funny how he can contact the Revdex.com give you all the information you need to file a complaint but he did not take moment to call usIf he did, we would have been able to help get in touch with ***. As mentioned earlier, this is a warranty issue that *** or *** to needs to contact *** Warranty Services ###-###-####. We cannot accept a return nor can we refund the buyer regarding this order. Dear Revdex.com, I am writing you regarding [redacted]'s complaint. She ordered a rollator from our company via [redacted].com at end May 2017.  The order was sent to her a few days later.  You can see invoice from Ergoactives.  Since we sent the item to [redacted] in early June, we have...

not heard from her regarding her issue with here order until we received a message from Revdex.com and I think I understand why.  [redacted] ordered her rollator from [redacted].com.  [redacted].com is an online store front like Amazon or Ebay.  We started selling our products on [redacted].com in March 2017.  We had nothing but problems with [redacted].com due to their poor communication systems within their website.  [redacted].com will not allow sellers (like us) to directly communication with theirs customers.  If a customer has a issue, they need to [redacted].com and then [redacted] will contact the seller.  On June 6th 2017, we ended our relationship with [redacted] and took all of our products off of their website.  [redacted] indicated that she called us and emailed us but we have not record of any communications is our CRM system which we use to manage all of our transactions.  I believe [redacted] was communicating with [redacted].com and they were not forwarding the messages on to us at Senior.com.  In fact, when Revdex.com sent me [redacted] complaint, Revdex.com provided me [redacted] phone number and email address. So we could now connect with her to understand resolve he issue.Fast forward to now.  I spoke with [redacted] today and she shared with me what her issue.  I asked her to send me photos of the item so I could visually see her issue.  She was very quick and sent them to me a few hours later.  Ergoactives, the manufacture is Florida, so they are closed for today.  I will be talking to them tomorrow so we can resolve this issue for Betty.  I called her again to let her know the process we are working on to get this issue resolved for her.I will send you and update when we have the issue resolved.Thank you[redacted]Senior.com###-###-####

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Mr. [redacted]Please understand that this complaint is not closed.  The seller has not refunded ourmoney yet and has not followed through with his"offers". Until he does it is unfair andinaccurate to represent that the seller has resolved the matter.  It should be marked that resolution is pending.  This seller has been removed from [redacted].com becauseof complaints, not just mine. It is an injustice to consumers to let him appear to bereliable when he has misrepresented the facts and has not completed his responsibilitiesand has been removed from a nationwide sales firm's online access to consumers.Thank you,[redacted]
