We bought a lift to carry our dog down stairs after a surgery We put it on our dog and realized it was too big and wouldn't be able to meet our needs Upon contacting the company the stated the return must be free of dog hair or we would charged a cleaning fee Due to this both myself and my husband were very thorough in the cleaning of the FEW hairs on the product We returned a HAIR FREE product back to the company yet they claimed it had hair on it and required cleaning It DID NOT have hair on it They claim to have photos I guarantee any hair in whatever photo they produce will not be my dogs hair! They are taking advantage of customers who return their products! This item was on my dog less than minute and it was cleaned using duct tape as a lint/hair remover It cleaned the product thoroughly Terrible return scam/practices

Ordered my dog lifting sling through the website and got in 2 days which I thought was outstanding. Product works great, but wish I had ordered a larger size. It will work but might need to order larger size as dog grows. Service staff very helpful and guided me to the right product. They actually answer the phone!
