This was the worst experience I've ever had with a limo service,and I've used manyThe booking staff was friendly, but the driver should start looking for another professionShe messed up the pickup, got lost at every stop, and did not seem to know the difference between right and left, even though she had a navigation systemDue to her lack of being able to follow directions, our party of ended up being minutes late to our destination, causing our event photographer to wait and be late for our anniversary partyShe dropped our cooler full of expensive wine worth about $on the ground and cracked one of the bottles as she pulled it out of the trunkWe also ended up being late getting home since she took a wrong turn and got lost out in the middle of nowhere in Almaden When I called to report this to the booking agent, she apologized and assured me she would escalate to upper managementI never got a call, so called back a week later and spoke with the general manager, who assured me he would look into it and get back to me in hoursTwo weeks later, and still no call backAND, to top it all off, the company had the gall to charge me an extra $for "overtime," even though our trip to the restaurant in the same city where we live (less than miles away ) and back took an hour and a half longer than needed due to the driver's inability to understand directions from her nav systemThe nav system would say to turn left, and she would go to the right...seriously I am disputing the charges with my credit card company, and will NEVER use Cloud againVery disappointing and ruined my special family event, since I had to watch the driver like a hawk and correct her each time she took a wrong turn, got on the wrong freeway, started driving into the middle of nowhere, etcThe whole point of a limo is to be able to relax and have fun, and this was very stressful and not fun at all for me or my guests
