Thank you so much for the opportunity to respond to this complaintMiss *** had an appointment for staging her property which she cancelled in hopes of moving it to a later dateI advised her when she made the cancellation that we were
booked weeks beyond her requested new dateShe decided to cancel the date none the lessWe had several exchanges of communication regarding this matter and were unable to accommodate her requested dateIn the process of getting her property ready fro staging, per our agreement, I selected paint colors fro the interior and exterior of the property, which was part of the scope of our agreed upon jobWe also provided Miss *** with two additional color corrections because her painter wanted to paint the home a different color scheme
Once the staging date had come and passed * refunded Miss *** her complete deposit of $on the 22nd of SeptemberAccording to my bank, she did not cash the check until the 14th of October I believe this matter is resolvedPlease advise as I would like to keep my clients and business in good standing
