Well the reason that I am not happy with senn blacktops work is, if any thing *** has made the job worse than it was, *** has never seen this driveway and is taking the word of ***, in my opinion is that *** is only interested in the amount his pay check is, if anyone from senn blacktop would care about how a job turns out would have a special person on the job sight to overlook the job,I never told *** that they got our concrete dirty, I told him that they made scratch marks on it and had blacktop pcs and oil all over it, and where they made a low spot in the driveway and tried to patch it, THAT LOOKS HORRIBLE, if *** would of paved the driveway like I wanted there would not be this problem,*** came out to try to clean the new cement and only made it worse, *** said *** hired a cement contractor to come out and seal the concrete THAT IS BULL, *** tried to seal it him self, *** keeps saying that they don't want to take money of the bill that they want the customer happy, they have tried to fix it and apparently they don't know how to fix it,as far as the one side of the driveway the looks like a guy drunk was running the paver, WHY WOULD YOU NOT MAKE THE DRIVEWAY STRAIGHT,its ***s falt for not makingSURE THE LINE WAS STRAIGHT, it all goes back to HURRY UP AND GET AS MANY JOBS DONE AS POSIBLE IN ONE DAY,*** told me that if he would cut the side of the driveway it would chip away,as far as senn having done everthing possible is BULL, *** stated at the start of these problems he would do what ever it would take, *** has never been out her to look at the problem, even though he said on two different times I talked to him he would come out,so when the so called manage lies to you who can you believe,THE ONLY REASON THAT I PAID THE BILL IS BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT IT TO GOT TO COLLECTION,I HAVE EXCELLENT CREDIT AND DID NOT WANT BAD CREDIT OVER THIS,SOME THING THAT I AM RIGHT AND SENN BLACKTOP IS IN THE WRONG

Mr. [redacted] is upset because from the beginning, he wanted us to givehim a discount on his driveway.  We told him no, so he kept coming upwith different things he wasn't happy with and we did things for himto try to make him happy.     The bottom line is, he has a great looking driveway that will lasthim many, many years and we never in our conversations with him, agreed to give him a discount, which he asked for after the drivewaywas paved.     The only thing we can do to prove this is take pictures of thedriveway next spring when the snow and ice are gone.Sincerely,[redacted]

We were contracted by Mr. [redacted] to perform some asphaltmaintenance services at [redacted] in Fall Creek, WI on7/14/2015.  All services agreed to in our contract have been performed andbilled.Mr. [redacted] reached out by phone to speak with his project manager [redacted] whowas not...

available to take the call.  [redacted] kept a log of his two calls backto Mr. [redacted] on 8/27 @ 8am and again @ 3pm.  [redacted] again tried calling thenext day, but as with the first two attempts to call, the line was busy.[redacted] then sent an email to Mr. [redacted] on Monday (8/31) asking for anotherphone number that we could call to talk about the "rocks" Mr. [redacted] hasconcerns with.  After these four attempts, we did not receive any furthercorrespondence until this email from the Revdex.com.All projects like Mr. [redacted]s are cleaned completely free of all loosedirt and debris with different combinations of brooms, compressed air, andhigh powered blowers.  This preparation work was completed prior toseal-coating being done.  Over time, asphalt driveways like Mr. [redacted]sloose some of the "fines" and the oil in the surface that surround therocks giving the driveway a rough appearance and texture.  Seal-coatingdoes not completely fill these voids around the rocks at the surface ofthe driveway.  To accomplish this, re-paving with fresh asphalt would berequired; which was not part of this proposal. Please let us know if there is any other information you would like us toprovide.Sincerely,[redacted]Senn Blacktop,Inc.

This letter is in response to Mr. [redacted]'s claims of poor service from ourcompany.  Mr. [redacted] contracted us to grade and install asphalt on hisdriveway at [redacted], but made the comment that we were higher inprice than he thought we should be.  The driveway was paved on June...

9th.On around June 11th Mr. [redacted] contacted our project manager [redacted]. They metat the job and [redacted] said that we had gotten his conrete dirty in theprocess of completing the job and he would like a price reduction.[redacted] went back to [redacted]'s a day or two later and spent over two hourscleaning the concrete.  [redacted] then hired a local concrete contractor meetat the job with him to re-seal the concrete because we weren't sure if hehad removed some of the sealer or not in the process of cleaning it.[redacted] called again to ask for a deduct on his driveway and we told him thatwe would rather have him happy with the product we provided him.  He saidthat he still wasn't satisfied because the driveway didn't have enoughdrain in one area.[redacted] then went out (a fourth time since paving the driveway) with anotheremployee and spent better than an hour addressing the drain concern andimproved the drain without affecting the appearance of the driveway.  In aphone conversation with [redacted], he had also said that he wasn't happy withthe shape on one side of the driveway.  [redacted] told him that he had paintedand strung the driveway out ahead of time so that [redacted] could see it priorto paving.  [redacted] said he didn't think the paving crew would follow thelines "exactly" as laid out.  So, while [redacted] was there this time he"snapped" a chalk line down on the driveway where [redacted] said he wanted the"curve" taken out on one side.[redacted] then made a fifth trip out to meet with [redacted] and look at the chalkline and offered to sawcut off the curve at no charge to [redacted].  [redacted] saidhe still just wanted a deduct in price and didn't want the curve taken offanymore. We have done everything possible to make [redacted] happy with his driveway.  Itis our company policy that years after we do work for them, customers willforget about getting a deduct off their bill, but if a problem exists, they see it everyday. Please let me know if you need anything else from us on this matter.  Wereceived payment in full from [redacted] about a week ago for this work.

Review: We had senn blacktop, blacktop our driveway in late June, there people did not do a good job, there are problems with water draining and damage they did to our newly cement, I have contacted them by phone number of times, I have talked to a person named [redacted], he said he would have some one come out and try to fit the problem, no one came out, when they did the driveway they got a low spot in the driveway and tried to fix it and did not fix it, it looks very bad, a lady from the billing dept, called and asked why we have not paid the bill and I told her that there are problems with the driveway and she said she would look in to it, never heard any more from them, then they sent another bill, so I called and talked to [redacted] again, he said he would talk to the owner of the company and get back to me, have not heard a word. I want this item settled so they don't send the bill to a collection agency, this problem is not my falt of there poor workman ship, [redacted] from senn is the person that gives the estiment, he came out the net day after they blacktoped our driveway because I called him about the way everthing looked, he looked at it and stated that his guys work long days and it was a big job and they got lazy on it, Which is no excuse to me. they keep telling me that they don't want to take money off the bill because they like to have a happy customer, I have asked them to come out and look at it when I am here, No one has come out to look at it.I think I should not have to pay a premium price for a unsatisfactory job.Desired Settlement: Solve the problem, which they can not because the way they did the blacktop, I want a bill adjustment

Review: When Senn came to write up a bid to seal my driveway, I asked they be sure to remove rocks from the driveway before sealing. They called to reschedule the original service date, and I reminded Senn's representative that the rocks must be removed before applying the seal. I was assured they would use a high powered blower to prepare the surface and clear the rocks. This was not done. No less than 20 rocks were sealed over. They will chip out and leave holes in the seal allowing for quick deterioration. The work was also sloppy with crack fill in strands on the driveway surface from hasty repair. They were here for about an hour from start to finish. I have called twice and my calls are dodged, and no return calls are made.Desired Settlement: They need to come back chip out the rocks and re-seal it. It is the service/product I will be glad to pay for,
