Sensa-Air

I purchased a new Heat Pump in and out side heating and air conditioning unit from Sensa- Air HVAC Inc on April 29, 2017.
It came with a 10 year warrant on all parts and one year free labor. I called Sensa Air January 2, 2018 alerting them of a problem with the system. I told them the outside unit was running constantly and did not cut off and the inside unit was running continually as well. I was told by Ed that nothing was wrong with the unit. It was running because it was cold out side. I called again the next week because even when the weather was not as cold the unit kept running. He said I can assure you there is nothing wrong with unit. I told him that I have had a Heat Pump 30 years and this was not the norm. I called again February 2, 2018 letting him know I was still having the same problem and asked if he would come out to check it. I told him that the out side unit was not running at all now and the inside unit is running continually it does not cut off when it reach the temptiture setting. He ask me to call another company and have them come out and give me a second opinion. I told him my warranty was with him and I was not going to pay for another company to come out and check it. He said he was coming February 2, 2018. He called and said he couldn't make it and he would come on Monday January 5. I received a text Monday saying he wasn't coming and would be out Tuesday. He said he would be out Tuesday afternoon early evening. I got a text on Tuesday saying it looks like he is not going to be able to come out Wednesday had a family emergency and he will call me and come on Wednesday. I ask what time on Wednesday he said before 1PM. Today is Wednesday its 6:30 Pm and I have not heard from him. The company is a joke. I have called another company to come out to check my system Thursday February 8, 2018.
