He completed work at my home to assist me with selling my house (due to relocation) (I should have called him all those years I lived at that residence way before that because I didn't know home improvement could be so affordable.) I received an offer from a buyer after days of having my south euclid home listed on the market for full asking price! This could not have happened without Todd's excellent work and dedication I am forever grateful and now spoiled He is easy to reach Provides you with multiple ways to tackle things and never does a half effort job he made my walls look like brand new!!! you would have never known my dog chewed that wall about a yard wide and inches high he fixed it the right way...with no short cutsand I was beyond words at his level of mastery it was incredible from there, I hired him to complete the rest of my home improvement jobs he even came over late in the evening to fix a cabinet door that my husband took out by accident when he fell in the kitchen - and the next day the house inspector was coming ...he understood my urgency and came over as soon as he could that evening to fix it I greatly appreciated that more than I can express in written formTodd H***' services are worth every penny (side note...he's not an electrician but I admired his honesty and hired one to complete the jobs that he did not feel certified to complete.)
