I started wearing the dentures in June 2018. Month 4 the bottom plate broken half. Month 5 & 6 it broke again. Month 7 the top plate broke. Repair appointment was 2 weeks out, I had them repaired by another company. Month 8 a chuck broke off the back of the top denture and the plate broke in half. Again, repair appointment was 2 weeks out. I paid another company to repair them so I could eat. I asked for a replacement and was denied. I asked for a refund and was denied. I had to have new dentures made by a different company.

Sorry it took us so long to reply. I did a lot of digging into this Patient's Files and from what I understand she had her teeth pulled and was going through a "healing process". During this healing process the dentures typically become loose because the gums are shrinking. While she was coming into our office for the the healing process, and during this process the dentures tend to crack and break. We don't charge to repair the dentures during this time period. We expressed that she was going to need to come in for her Final Reline. A Final Reline is when the denturist takes new impressions of the mouth after the gums have stopped shrinking. She has not come in for that Final Reline. Our Refund Policy requires the dentures to be returned within 90 days, and it was past the 90 days when she was asking for the refund. It's been very complicated working with her since she refused to get this procedure done and she left to a different facility. She followed through with a different facility to get the Reline/Repair Procedure done, doing so voided her warranty on the dentures. We don't mind seeing the patient, if she is willing to cooperate. I am rejecting this response because: I tried to get an appointment. I was told two weeks out was the earliest available. A denture failure is a medical emergency. Putting me on a liquid diet because of the denture failure is unacceptable. Geno wanted to trade a new set for a tattoo by my husband. A warranty breech was never discussed. Trading for a tattoo is admission that he made a faulty product. Geno received one tattoo and has still not paid for it. He admitted that the product was faulty.
