Bad experience start to finish. Hidden cost during construction and a lot of empty promises made. At all cost stay away from Glen's subcontractors especial Manny his concrete contractor. Was recommended during construction phase and had Manny construct retaining wall. Still a mess and not corrected. He promised he would make thinks right ....never happened.
