treatment to control oil production and Acne Issues.  His Fees consisted of $345, for Dr.'s fees and injections (performed that day) $388.67 for pharmacy medications skin care (skin medications took home), and $1500 for 4 laser treatments (used 1 ofthe 4 treatments that day). He paid part of the Dr.’s fees with his [redacted] $233.67, and put the balance of $2000.00  on 12 months no interest financing with [redacted].  11/11 The patient called and and left a voicemail asking Dr. [redacted] to call for him to discuss his experience in our office.  Dr. [redacted] was in surgery, and requested that we schedule him for a follow-up appointment.11/12 An email was sent  from his assistant [redacted], requesting a refund for retin-A for $50.  In this email he also asked if on his future treatments not be done by [redacted]. At this point he was still scheduled for his next laser treatment and at his request, we made sure that the other Laser tech was scheduled for his next treatment.11/22 we received a medication back from Mr. [redacted].  His letter asked us to refund the $50 due to his ability to get this through insurance coverage for less cost.   We credited his file for that medication.11/25 He later asked us to refund the unused part of his laser treatment and he sent back all of the skin medications.We refunded Mr. [redacted] $1,388.67 for medication return to us and the 3 Unused Smoothbeam Laser treatments.  We refunded this to [redacted] financing because this was the portion of treatment that was financed.  We never return to [redacted] because this was part of the charges Paid to Dr. [redacted] for medical  services already received.   Mr. [redacted] asked for the refund on 11/25/2013 and we refunded what was asked.
